I appreciate the fact that everyone has their good days, & bad. So when i went back to try it again, the store was busy, & they had one person making the drinks, while the manager Kyle was standing over in the corner goofing off with other employees, while laughing at the one person trying to keep up with making the drinks. The owner knew it beforehand and did not tell customers. After we attempted to pump fuel in our vehicles & noticed something was wrong, the owner refused to refund our credit/debit cards the difference of prepaid amount. We decided to report the owner to the police & corporate office with multiple complaints. I will NEVER patronize Shell gas station at 7274 Mechanicsville Tpke. If you want to be treated poorly & disrepected by the owner, visit that particular location. As a result, The next day I received a 25 cents off per gallon coupon expiring by the end of the year thanks to my formal complaint received from the Shell corporation.

I really love the layout of this store. It makes the flow of foot traffic easy to navigate. This location has lots of self check out options as well as regular registers. If I had to be nitpicking I would suggested they add more bagging areas at self check out. Right now there is only one place to grab bags for all of the self check out areas. (There are like 4 or 5 self check outs) overall I enjoyed my visit and look forward to returning again soon.
