They posted a difference of 85 cents! The conversation with the guy behind the counter went like this: Me: Do you realize you posted an 85 cent difference between cash and credit? Employee : (smirks) yeah.. Me : you know gas gouging is illegal, right? Employee : Not when you're privately owned. Me : oh....ok....so you really don't care about your customers? I have to begin with I hate going to mechanics I always feel like I'm going to be cheated and…read morerobbed. Well that has all changed for me today!!! I recently found an honest and good mechanic shop Called Central Valley Auto repair. Mr. Muhammad is a very nice man and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I have been hearing and feeling a grinding noise on the right side of my Ford explorer truck for a while. I kept postponing to get it fixed due to not knowing any shops i felt i could trust. I started looking online for the best shops near me. I came across Central Valley Auto Repair. I took my car there and spoke with Mr. Muhammad, he said I would have to leave the truck and he will inspect and give me a call. He call me back shortly with a great quote for the parts and labor so told him to proceed with the repairs. A few minutes later he called me again and stated there was more issues that needed to be addressed with the repairs. The quote for the additional parts and labor was also great and fair. When I went to pick up the truck Mr. Muhammad informed me the truck was repaired and better than when I brought it in and if anything is wrong with his work to bring it back and he will fix it. As I drove the car home I kept thinking to myself this car is riding amazing feels like it was new. Before I reached home I got another call from Mr. Muhammad asking how was the car riding. Now that's what I call customer service. I told him I'm not taking my truck anywhere else for repairs. Central Valley Auto Repair has a customer for life! Mr. Muhammad is the Best!!!
