I had to write a review because since I got my car, it was hit from the back by another vehicle and later got scrapped at a parking lot and each time I have to say, they did an incredible job. (Plus they are reasonably priced.) The first time I went to them was at the recommendation of my car insurance after my car was hit. They did such an excellent job, I put them in my phone book. This is the second time I have needed body work done in the past year. The first time I was hit in the rear passengers panel. This last time i was pushed from behind into the vehicle in front of me. I feel like these guys are my own personal auto body shop! I had the tow truck driver bring me right to the shop after the cops called him. What a great job they do here! Not only on the car, but on calming the car owner and keeping them informed along the way. Everyone is so accommodating and friendly. So there is the customer service side. But there is also the amazing attention to detail when they do the work. I feel that the car is always so much better than even before the accident. Came in due to bad alternator. They replaced it. That part was fine. Problem occurred when after getting the car back from them I noticed strange new things on my way to work: - mild rattling noise from the engine - car jerking when releasing the gas on the highway - temp gauge on dashboard dead - new error code regarding coolant temp sensor Came back to them the next day to ask about all this, they were very dismissive saying "all we worked on was the alternator - those things are unrelated". But my car definitely didn't have those issues before I brought it to them. I started digging into it myself - fairly new to the automotive world, still learning. Turns out the coolant temp sensor was left disconnected. They have to disconnect it to reach the alternator but they didn't plug it back in when they were done and just gave it back to me like that. After I reconnected the sensor all the issues except for the engine rattling went away. I came back a second time and complained. They were apologetic this time but still dismissive of the engine rattling, saying it couldn't have been anything they did. When I came back the first time they didn't even bother to look under the hood. Completely dismissive and uninterested, all the while I received a car that was in worse condition (aside from the new alternator) than when I had brought it in due to negligence. 1. Didn't return the car in proper operating condition upon finishing work 2. Completely unhelpful and uninterested when I brought up these issues NOT OK. read more

Consider requiring a written quote before giving your car to Quentin Auto Center for body work. I was given a verbal quote for one price and when I went to pick up my car, the owner required almost $300 more than what he originally told me. They had my car, so I had to pay the amount. It was totally not right. read more

If you need dents or collision work done, have it done by these guys. I needed body work done to the rear quarter panel of my car and they made it look new. Even though the front passenger window didn't operate, one of their employees fixed it immediately when I brought it back as well as buffed out the little paint that sprayed onto the area of my handle. They also washed it. Its been nearly 2 months and I haven't experienced any issues with the paint or body of my car. I would recommend them for this type of work. read more

This place does good work on the recommendation from Geico, it is one of their approved auto repair shops. Keith is a great guy to deal with and very pleasant. There were some mishaps with my car after I picked it up and he got it fixed/resolved, no questions and no excuses. That made an impression on me. People make mistakes and/or miss things here and there and it is perfectly normal, but making things right without hesitation and not putting blame on anything was what did it for me. If Keith isn't the manager there, he should be because he certainly run it like he is. Great job all around. Highly recommended. read more

My 09 BMW was sideswiped and state farm sent me here to get it repaired and painted they were wonderful from beginning to end of the processed got me back on the road in a week even though they were understaffed at the time, if ever I need them or anyone else I know I would recommend this place. read more

I found Quentin Auto Center to be excellent. They recently repaired my windshield and sun roof. A small amount of paint spread to the side stripe. They replaced it free of charge as well as the battery for my electronic key. The repairs themselves were excellent-unlike Tommy's where I was never totally satisfied with work done.
