Then when I show up they have the wrong glass due their online questions. The manger acted like I was wasting his time. So, we call Presby Auto Glass. They couldn't have been any nicer and went above and beyond to help us get our replacement windshield. Their price was much better than Safelite. More importantly they treated us like a valued customer. I had an appointment immediately. I dropped off the car and a few short hours later the replacement was complete. I had a crack that happened and spread Saturday afternoon and by Sunday it was fixed very well by Ian. He told me that due to the climate and moisture it wouldn't be a perfect job and that makes sense as it was snowing with cold temps. He was very responsive via phone and on a Sunday helped to schedule me in and have it taken care of. I had most places that would push me out a couple of days and maybe have me get a new windshield. The crack was bullseye crack a little smaller than a dime and spread about 8 inches. The quoted price was very fair and much less than the big shops. He also pointed out two other defects from prior jobs including covering up VIN number and not sealing.windshield properly.
