Had some type of allergic reaction that lasted several days. My face was beyond swollen and eyes practically closed shut. I followed the after care instructions not being in sun using retinols etc and was left in pretty bad shape. I reached out to the owner who was kind and deleted my pre paid facials. I appreciate that. However I was charged over or close to 100 bucks. I think that could have and should have been waved. I understand they Aren't able to give back every unhappy persons money but the pictures I sent them I just can't imagine taking someone's money knowing that was the end result. Sharing my experience. After 4 pregnancies, 2 in my late 30's, my belly fat and skin has not bounced back as in my 20's. I lost 50 lb in a year and needed some help with skin tightness and build more muscle. I am active, walking 20,000 steps at least 6 days a week, but my diet is not perfect. Working on that, but wanted to share that I am very happy with the results so far. I loved all the ladies at Eye Candy, very positive and easy to talk to. It's soo clean and cozy in their office, nice music and in the waiting area. I love that there's never any wait time, they will call you in at your appt time or sooner. I loved the experience of emculpt, it really built some muscle in my abs. The muscle contractions are not painful, and it's like getting 20,000 sit-ups done, without feeling sore. I will highly recommend not to eat at least 3-4 hours prior, as it does contract your stomach a bit too. The ultrasonic cavitation was awesome and it gave me the most contour on the sides. All it all, follow a healthy diet, eat fiber( lots of veggies), protein and healthy fats , drink at least 2 liters of water, move your body right after treatments, lifting weights, cardio, HIIT are best, as you want to sweat as much as possible. The fat that's melting from treatment is released in your bloodstream for liver to process , if you don't burn it, it will go back , it doesn't just evaporate, so please do your part for best results. I came for their $149 deal supposed to be 2 parts of your body. But when you get there they will only ask you to pick 1 part, which is my arms. They measured my arms before and after the treatment and they said I lose 1/2 size of my arms after the session. They showed me the picture before and after the session, I don't see any difference. I know they making me convince that I already lose 1/2 inch so I can go back to sign up for more sessions. On the after treatment it says on the discharge paper that it need to massage the part of my arm which she never does. So I decided not to go back. read more

12/27/22 BEWARE!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! They WILL steal your money and they will attempt to use Cherry financing to do so!!! I have had an extremely negative experience with Eye Candy Body Sculpting. I was asked to pay $149 for ONE session, then I received an email after that offering me sessions for $99, but I was not charged $99. I was charged $149 for one session. Upon further investigation, I discovered that there is a Groupon deal for four sessions for $119. They are charging me $2,300 through Cherry financing for FOUR SESSIONS!!! I was encouraged to sign up for Cherry financing. It was presented as a great, safe, and convenient option for payment. It was a TRAP to keep $2300 of my money. I contacted Cherry financing and they told me that the merchant (Eye Candy Body Sculpting) has the power to refund my money BUT they are REFUSING. I never signed a contract, and never received an invoice or a receipt. I was NEVER told that they would force me to pay $2300 even if I did NOT want to continue with sessions AND/OR the sessions made me SICK!!! I offered to pay for the four sessions that I DID receive, but I was told that management would not accept that and would be keeping the financing from Cherry. Eye Candy Body Sculpting's management has no regard for people or their well-being. I was STRONGLY encouraged to purchase a package of 30 sessions because I was told that it was ABSOLUTELY necessary in my case. They took advantage of the fact that I was insecure and vulnerable. After my second full session with Eye Candy Body Sculpting on 12/24/22, I became extremely ill. I experienced tinnitus, headaches, nausea, and insomnia in addition to severe thirst. Some of the symptoms HAVE NOT SUBSIDED!!! And it is extremely scary to think that they could have caused me permanent damage. I called right away to report my negative experience and was told that management would NOT be giving me a refund. They want to keep $2300 for FOUR sessions. They are keeping my money through the Cherry financing company!!! I am well within the 60-day Full Cancellation, BUT they are refusing to do the right thing!
