I sought a second opinion from a specialist. He is a Urogynocology, Dr Fatehchehr. I believe I found the best of the best. On first consultation he knew exactly my issue and concerns. I had surgery May 3 of 2022 and having several follow ups, just having my six month follow up today. I am very excited to say that all of my issues and problems are gone. I no longer have to wear a panty liner or run to the bathroom or have any leakage to that fact. Dr. Fatehchehr is simply amazing. He understood my concerns and needs an address them appropriately. Alice consistently does amazing work on my eyelash extensions! She is really careful, thorough, and gentle. I usually get hybrid European lashes, and after three weeks, they still look pretty good. Although it seems that their schedules are packed, Eye Candy will do their best to accommodate your schedule. I'm writing this review based on my GFs experience. She made an appointment to get her lashes done on a Saturday, she was greeted right away, customer service is excellent btw, but the lashes themselves were HORRIBLE!! Her left eye was perfect, but when it came to her right eye it was a completely different story, she didn't really notice it at the time but I guess the original lash lady asked another girl to finish the other eye and let me tell you she did NOT do a good job! First off the lashes looked different, they looked more synthetic, fake and shiny , vs the left eye that looked more real, and pretty, and when she was done the place was already closed so she didn't really get a chance to look at the lashes closely. When she came home she said her right eye was bothering her and she figured maybe cuz it's been a while since she had lashes but then she took a mirror and looked at the lashes closer, the lashes on the right eye were super clumpy, lashes glued together, it was a mess!!!!!! She was so upset especially cuz she tipped generously and they messed up her lashes. So she wrote an email and they wrote her back to get them fixed which she appreciated. The appointment was for the next day first thing in the morning, which was great! She went in got them fixed, looked at them after she was done and was still disappointed, she said that at that point she just said they were fine and wanted to leave because that was two times they failed to give her what she wanted, the right eye now looked completely different then her right eye, the lash lengths were different, and the right eye looked more fuller but at the same time synthetic and nothing like the left eye. At that point she just said screw it I'll just wait till some fall out and then it'll look even, well boy did they fall out!!! Not even a day after and a lot had already started to fall out! After a week she barely even had any left! She is so upset she said she doesn't want to come here , we live and Anaheim and this place was recommended, but she was highly disappointed, she paid $150 with tip for lashes that lasted one week, and even worse they her natural lashes came off with them. read more

I went here because the price was good but they proved you get what you pay for because I was super unlucky and had a terrible nurse assist me. This nurse had the worst bedside manner & an overall negative attitude. I don't know if she was mad because she wanted to push my appointment back and I couldn't accommodate her (note: while I was driving to my appointment, they called to ask me if I could be seen 25 minutes later and I couldn't since I was ten minutes away and on my lunch break). Anyway, I was there for Botox and normally, they provide ice to numb the areas before the procedure and provide you with an ice bag after. She did neither of those things. I almost feel like she enjoyed inflicting pain. She also said "I think this is going to bruise you". When I asked for ice after, she said she didn't think she had any and looked in her fridge and said "nope. It's not ready". She didn't even bother to see if they had any elsewhere in the office. (I stopped at McDonalds afterwards and got ice that way). She was very heavy handed and I ended up with a horrible black eye after the procedure. I've had Botox before and have never ended up with a black eye, only very slight bruising. I will never return to this place and would not recommend even if they were giving it away for free. Sorry that one person ruined the whole place for me but would not recommend. I'm praying this black eye disappears soon - I look like I lost a fight. read more

After a bad incident with lash extensions at BX lashes who turned me into "Lucile Ball", my daughter found this new place. SUPER CLEAN, friendly, sanitized equipments and very professional. I was blown away from the young trendy staff and friendliness. My daughter had her lashes done by Angela and it turned out 200% better than expected. Considering my daughter has monolids... the lashes were blended and fanned out evenly. The cost is average price $120 for full set and $75 for every two week fills. Booked an appointment via Yelp to remove eyelash extensions; quick response by the owner which I appreciate. Adequate parking and the place looks amazing- clean with great decor. I saw massage chairs for pedicure and thought "oh I should get my nails done here someday." I was escorted to the back and wow, there were a lot of workers chit-chatting. A lady told me to sit on the chair. She said it will sting a little. I said "ok" because I've had eyelash extensions removed before many times. She put lotion on the lashes, but later she put some kind of chemical on there that felt like rubbing alcohol. It stung badly, not just "a little." I was tearing up! Some guy (employee) walked by and laughed. The lady who was taking off my eyelashes laughed and said "sorry." Let me try putting this chemical on YOUR eyes :) then the lady walked me over to the bathroom to rinse off my eyes. Some of the extensions were still stuck on there, so another lady told me to lay down and she removed the remainders carefully. Her English was a lot better. Mind you, they all talk in Vietnamese. I asked her what chemical they used to remove and she said "lotion." Okay... I work in the medical industry and I know it wasn't just "lotion." She told me to put some eye drops when I get home... well, shouldn't this place have some in stock? I walked to the cashier to pay my bill and no one was there! Took a while before someone came (she was in the back chatting). I was so upset with my service that I didn't even leave a tip. I really don't know how this place is still in business. As a former cosmetologist I am extremely picky when it comes to anything to do with my hair, face and nails. When I look into getting a new service done I do TONS of research before I commit and even then I'm often times disappointed. For quite a few months I had looked for different lash bars and I kept finding my way back to Eye Candy. After a quick stop in to ask a few questions (which the staff answered kindly and willingly) I finally made an appointment. Alice did my Classic set and it was done beautifully. I was able to relax (thanks in part to the massaging bed you lay on) and it was a struggle not to fall asleep! There are some salons and stylists that give you a hard time about returning because you notice a flaw of some sort but not Eye Candy and not Alice. Though with out a doubt my lashes were done well - I get a bit obsessive about the smallest things so if I notice that something is even the least bit "off" it will bug me FOREVER. I made an appointment to see Alice about my brand new lashes and smallest little imperfection (that no normal person would notice - like seriously none of my friends noticed). She didnt make feel unreasonable for coming back. Instead she was super sweet to me, gave me a little touch up and she totally fixed the small area of concern quickly and perfectly! I booked through the website because it said they were offering a lash lift. When I actually went in for my appointment, I ended up getting a lash perm instead. When I asked about this after the appointment, my lash technician told me they are the same things. I've gotten lash lifts and perms before and they are NOT the same and it concerns me that someone who's supposed to be a professional doesn't know this. Perms, you use a rod to curl the lashes. And this can make short lashes look shorter, which I didn't want. Lifts, on the other hand, lifts the lashes from the base and doesn't use a rod. I get a significantly different look with my lashes between 2 treatments. I'm upset that I didn't know this going in, and the online menu should be more accurate with the services that are offered. read more

Ok y'all I've been getting lash extensions forever. My biggest complaint is that they're heavy on my fine hairs. The lady that did my lashes herd my concerns and convinced me to do a different style promising me I would like it better. Let me preface what I told her, I hate being stabbed by the extensions when I sleep as I sleep on my face, I hate when they fall into my line of vision, i really don't like when I can't untaI cannot stand shelling out $200 to find my self left with 10 lashes three days later. I did their most expensive option and I'm so glad I did. Two weeks later they look great, they're soft, light, and have minimal fall out.
