He advised me that my problems were being caused from dry eye. He gave me a treatment plan to use for the condition. I immediately started with the recommended treatment and am happy to report that I am no longer suffering with burning, watery eyes. It took several weeks for the treatment plan to improve the condition but I am so happy I stuck with it. The change in my vision and comfort are 100% improved. I received excellent care and service from this office and would highly recommend them to anyone who is need of excellent eye care.

Dale called to remind me of appointments and day of surgery. The day of surgery I was first up at 7am and I've never met a more laid back/serious group in my life. Everyone had a job and took that job very serious. Dr. Hunter spoke with me throughout the ENTIRE process. Never a second did I not know what was going on. After my first eye was done he even let me take a second to collect myself. After doing the first eye, the second eye is a breeze. In my "BRAND NEW" EYES...best experience I've ever had with any doctor, any team. Bravo and thank you for giving me my eye site back. To anyone on the fence about it...do it. Its painless. Thinking I might have missed their call, I dropped by the office of Schulze Eye on May 7, 2026, to see if I could schedule an appointment. I met with a friendly black lady at the front desk who informed me that I had not missed a call that, in fact, the person who processes referrals has been out on leave and that she would most certainly call me within a week. That did not happen. On May 18, 2026, I received a call on my cell phone which indicated "Potential Spam". Of course, I did not answer. However, upon immediately checking my voice mail, the call was from Schultz Eye, requesting that I call them back to schedule an appointment. I called back right away and was transferred to their voice mail. I left a message with my identifying information, requesting that someone call me to schedule an appointment. Today is May 27, 2026, and I have yet to hear from anyone at Schulze Eye Center. Obviously, scheduling appointments is not a top priority at Schulze Eye and staff are not being held accountable. He was very nice and explained that it is company policy to not give it out, as I'm assuming the eyeglasses are probably a large selling point for the company. She was extremely rude to someone just following protocol and doing their job, continuing to cuss at him and berate him for it. He handled the situation perfectly.
