I have been a patient at Finnegan Eye Care for over 15 years. I have glaucoma and require testing…read moreand examination at least once a year. Dr. Finnegan is extremely thorough and has made adjustments in my eye drop protocol as needed for maximum effectiveness in reducing my eye pressure. He always takes time to explain test results and answer questions. The staff is friendly and courteous. The only issue I have had with the staff is that on a couple of occasions I called about an RX refill and was given incorrect information or there was an unnecessary delay in the process which was frustrating. I am not sure what the problem was-I think the person I spoke with one time was newer to the staff. In any case now I make sure to follow-up to make sure it is done.
