And she quickly tells me we don't take that either. Wow shut down at every turn. I actually just checked my insurance and it is a PPO. So if she just would've double checked or asked me to check my card I probably would've made an appointment. Now I'll never call this place back again and based on my experience, I can't recommend it either. I hope you have better luck with this place.

Being on a fixed income and all other costs rising this is not a viable option. Now I must scramble to find another doctor to get my eye drop prescriptions refilled along with going through the whole process of explaining my medical history. I am getting fed up with doctors / clinics and insurance companies not being able to come to agreement at the expense of their patients!
