Do Not Go to Dr Clifford Parker. Ophthalmologist. Paid $600.+ for frames and lenses. Changed lenses as first one was not right. I still cannot see properly! They would only offer a new Dr. appointment! I said absolutely not. Also, they have a terrible frame selection. Worst ophthalmology experience in my lifetime. read more

Very professional staff and doctors. I thought I had an issue with my new prescription and I didn't care for the frames I had chosen. Dr Lynch re-checked my vision and explained what was going on without ever making me feel like I was being a difficult patient. This office is amazing! I was very pleased all around. When I scheduled my appointment, the receptionist went the extra mile and got back with me on all of my insurance coverage the next morning as the insurance office was closed at the time. My wait time to be seen was maybe 3 minutes. The staff was well dressed and very pleasant. They were light-hearted and seemed to enjoy their jobs. The doctor spent lots of time with me going over everything. He answered all questions very thoroughly, and seemed as though he genuinely cared about my health and understanding. They have a great selection of eyewear. My husband was terrible at giving me feedback on the look of my sun glasses, but these ladies were awesome! I have also spent a year wearing glasses that misfit. It took the staff 3 minutes to get them perfect. The gift bag was just the cherry on top. Thank you all very much! read more

They have a terrific selection, and the techs are all so helpful in finding the right fit . Dr. DuClos is very thorough whenever there is a medical issue with our family's eyesight, and we have always been able to get in to see him right away.
