Everyone there makes you feel so at ease. Dr. Passi is awesome. You can tell he has the experience, knowledge to get what needs to happen done and forethought of everything you may ask, answered. One of my favorite things about Dr. Passi was his complete honesty, just enough fluff to make you comfortable but at the same time, made sure you understand what's going to happen, what needs to happen afterwards and realistically what to expect after treatment and that's ultimately what he's logically there for. The expertise in this area, and he more than knows his craft. Last night oof, he was right, I was wrecked but after following directions of medicated eye drops every 2 hours and wear the covers with the correct amount of ibuprofen- Tylenol ratio, I was totally fine this morning (I took melatonin too because it never hurts to want to not wake up constantly) I'm sure Hoopes is great BUT I also would say there's definitely not just a single place to go and don't rule this place out.
