Mayeth was so welcoming, made me feel comfortable and was extremely light handed as she applied the lashes. I definitely fell asleep after a short talk with her. This location may be right off of jenky Roosevelt Ave., but please don't let that stop you from stopping by. This is one of the most beautiful, clean and organized beauty salons you will ever go to. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I don't feel the place is ready. I'm hopeful that in the future they will have more knowledgeable, properly trained staff and aestheticians who prioritize patient care and education. I originally came in for wart removal, but I was also offered a facial, which I decided to try. The facial itself was mainly dermaplaning to remove dead skin, followed by a facial mask. There was no extraction, yet I paid over $200 for the services(take note my warts are less than 15 warts) The wart removal was extremely painful. I was given anesthesia, but unfortunately, I don't feel enough time was given for it to take effect before the procedure started. I was also almost given a plasma treatment even though I clearly mentioned that I would be going to the beach soon. Which was discussed with the aesthetician beforehand but unfortunately she was not paying attention. Warning!! Facial service experience was not as promoted/shown in their Instagram account. What concerned me most was that the wart removal and facial were being performed during the same appointment, all within less than 90 minutes. Throughout the process, I felt that there wasn't enough explanation about what was being done or, at the very least, what products or treatments were being applied to my face. I understand that businesses need to make money, but as a customer and patient, I also want to feel that my health, safety, comfort, and hard-earned money are being valued. My experience left me disappointed and honestly sad because I really wanted to support and love this place. I'm sharing this review not to put anyone down, but because I genuinely hope the owners take this feedback constructively and use it to improve the quality of care and service. I would love to see this place grow into a clinic where clients feel confident, well-informed, and truly cared for. Friendliness: 100% The staff were very friendly and welcoming. WOW! What a hidden gem in Whitestone…read more I have been getting my lashes done for awhile now but no place has blown me away like Bless Lash! Bless Lash is located in a plaza amongst a bunch of other stores but it was still easy to find. There's street parking and some parking spots in the plaza. I made an appointment for Thursday morning at 10am and was greeted by Hanna who was so welcoming and friendly. The place was extremely clean and smelled really nice inside. The atmosphere was so relaxing because of the music selection and how comfy the beds are. Hanna made sure I was comfortable before starting and even put a blanket over me. Unlike other lash places, this place has a leg rest for your feet which helped to eliminate any discomfort from laying flat on your back. And the best part?! They even have a massage option!! I opted for the 13mm, d curl, cat eye style and Hanna got right to work and finished in under an hour! When she was done she showed me how to brush out my lashes and gave me a zip lock baggie that contained care information and a lash brush. I am obsessed with how my lashes turned out and happy to have found my go-to spot for my lashes! 10/10 would recommend!

Within 24 hours, there was visible regrowth that clearly had not been removed from the root, which contradicts what I was told about the shaping process. I was informed the brows were primarily tweezed, but the amount of regrowth suggests otherwise, and it appears a razor was used more than communicated. In addition, the tint came out uneven, with a noticeable color mismatch between both brows. The overall result looked unbalanced and not what I would expect from a professional service, especially for the price point. I also had a special event the following day and felt very uncomfortable with how my brows looked, which made the experience even more frustrating. To their credit, the business did respond and offered a complimentary fix, and later a 50% partial refund when I explained I couldn't return due to my schedule and caring for an infant. While I appreciate the response, I do not feel the outcome reflects the quality that is advertised. Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not return based on the results I received.

This was actually the fastest lash session I have ever had, they applied the lashes in 45 minutes which is fairly quick. The employees were very polite and made the experience comfortable. The lashes lasted almost 3 weeks which was great.
