I went to Meredith and she helped me find a good way to customize my lashes so that it suits my eyes. I get the C curl at 10-11, and she helped me realize I'll probably need to customize the inside part of my eye to a J curl because of how my lids make my lashes fall. THIS WAS A FIRST! Finally a worker that actually is trying to make sure I'm fully happy with what I want. You'll want to make an appointment cause their employees get booked up - especially for certain occasions fast, so call it in! Oh lastly, they have a parking lot in the back!! Finally no roaming around for a spot! Definitely became my new lash spot!

One eye has lashes continually falling out . The lash glue was irritating my eye for days and the lash volume was just noticeably uneven due to fallout in one eye. Finally, ( as I was on vacation then in Myrtle beach a few days later) I went to have them removed . The tech told me whoever did this work placed the extension way to close to my eyelid which is why it's irritated she was able to remove only a few lashes from both eyes as the glue that was used wasn't breaking up from the solution she was using and because the last was put on too close to the eye lid the solution poured right into my eyes Disaster . Be careful ladies bc you don't want these extensions glued so close to the eyelid , it's supposed to be at least 1 mm away from the lid

The ambience is nice and clean. Yumi's job was impecable! She did my lashes in 45 minutes (most places take at least an hour) and they look natural and very professional. Great job! She knows what she's doing! I will continue to support this business. I will come back to check out the other services (massages, facials, laser hair removal etc). I decided on trying out Fay Lashes since it was only a 2-block walk from my apartment. I was thrilled after my first appointment for a new set, they really went above and beyond in making sure the style was exactly what I wanted and took care in giving me soft and voluminous lashes. Unfortunately, every other appointment over the next 6 months was a disappointment. At first, I expressed to them that the long inner corners were uncomfortable and poking my eyes, and requested they be shortened but they told me I had to buy a brand new set if I wanted that done - which, as you all know, is much more expensive than a routine fill appointment. Second, once you're done they make you hold the fan to dry the glue yourself and basically try to rush you out the door even if your eyes are still tearing from the fumes. Third, I started noticing that they began to use fewer but larger clusters of lashes at every fill, which creates the illusion of volume but leaves obvious gapping when one falls out a few days later from being too heavy for my natural lashes. It got so out of hand that I would be "done" in only 15 minutes when I know full well that a normal 3-week follow-up appointment takes at least 45 mins to an hour when applied correctly. I did not appreciate the shortcuts they were taking, so I took my business elsewhere.
