Mr. Pone was more than accommodating, and we spent a long time searching together for frames that would be under my strict price point. He was very thorough in explaining my options, and he also offered a turn-around time that allowed me to pick up my sunglasses the day before my vacation. (I came in on a Thursday afternoon, and the glasses were ready for me to wear on Tuesday morning!) The process was impressively quick and easy to arrange. I left the store with a promise to call back that night with a decision (yes or no), and Mr. Pone called me back the next day confirming that he had placed the order and then requested my credit card information. So convenient! I was very pleased with my sunglasses when they arrived: a Juicy Couture brownish tortoise shell frame, and light brown lenses that fade to a pleasant reddish color. In the right light, it indeed looks like I have "rose-colored glasses"! And I've received tons of compliments! Well worth it! (I'm attaching a photo to this review.) Finally, a nice touch: a week after purchasing my sunglasses, I received a handwritten thank you note in the mail from the optician's office. Long story short, they did the repair quickly and free of charge even without verifying he bought them there. We were both happily surprised. I might not have written about this had I not see these techs( for lack of the precise word) interact with others here who were purchasing new glasses. One gentleman went out of his way to help the parents of a young boy get the right frames( indestructible I guess?) for an active lad, and even helped navigate the insurance aspects. Both kid and parents seemed pleased. I find it telling that the main positive reviews are from trusted Yelpers( not that I'm one) bottom line, Id trust these guys with my business too.

Now, they are quite meticulous about billing, trying to bill in a way that saves customers' money. And the doctors (who I had no problem with to start with) turned out to be very good. I know it sounds really silly, but apparently is more common issue than I thought after talking with the eye doctor. They were able to fit me in same day. Front office staff was nice and quick. And Dr. Greidinger was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained how he was going to check the issue and answered any questions thoroughly. Will definitely come back for a regular eye exam the next time I need one.
