Despite being constantly disappointed with my eyebrow results each (6+) visit, I find myself still enduring the dreaded service. However, my last visit was the last straw. My eyebrows yet again came out too thin and uneven (even when I ask for a "clean up" or "natural look") that I have to spend another month or so growing them out to the reasonable state I had them before hand. If you're interested at threading at this location, be cautious! It may be cost efficient, but the damage maintenance to be done afterwards may not be worth it. I'll gladly pay my $20 to get my eyebrows waxed. Until then I have no choice, but to fill them in so that they look decent. read more

I don't remember when I started going here. It was recommended to me by my friend &since then I kept coming back. I used to get my eyebrows waxed elsewhere but no lie I'd rather get threaded. It's faster and less painful in my opinion. It can be a hit or miss because sometimes they'll mess up your brows but I usually go every 1 month and a half to maintain the shape of my brows. This is place is in the Target shopping center next to Sally's beauty supplies. I've been going here for almost a year now and I am happy with the work the ladies there provide. Although at times there is only one person working with a couple of people waiting, at times it goes by fast. They are clean and thorough with whatever you threading. It's my 2nd time in this place but the first time was I just bought a eyebrow powder with shaper it was so easy to use. DON'T BUY ANY JEWELRY FROM Eyebrow Hub because they do not guarantee their merchandise. I purchased a $45+ necklace/earring set, and the necklace broke in half the first time I wore it. When I attempted to exchange it for another piece of jewelry, the help called the owner who said they do not offer any exchanges without a receipt. I told them I'd get a copy of the receipt since I purchased the item via my credit card. Then the help said no exchanges even with a receipt. She was very rude about the broken jewelry, and said their jewelry is marked down and that's why there are no guarantees. I spoke to the owner at 707.299.6279, and she was adamant that she could not offer me an even exchange. Plus, she was rather rude and commented that perhaps I wore out the necklace and tried to say it broke. The owner does not have good business sense. In retaliation, the owner defended the employee. I didn't say a racial slur about or to the employee. I did offer my opinion about business ethics. How sad that the owner lost not only a sale from one customer, but several. read more

I've been going to this place for two years and I love every experience. These ladies definitely listen to how clean you want your brows to look. Normally I like to come in at least once every two months just to clean them up because I like to keep my brows thick. Fortunately, every time I come in, they listen to exactly how I want them done! I came upon this place as I was searching through Yelp for eyebrow shaping near my home. All my Yelpers steered me in the right direction once again! I called in the morning to see if I could get in. The pleasant woman who answered the phone, Rupi, who I later found out was the owner and threader, told me to come right in. I headed over and when I arrived, she was just finishing up with another client. I arrived at 11:40am & had planned on making a later appt. because I had a prior appt for my mani/pedi at An Elegant Affair on Springs Road. My appt. was for 12:30pm & I didn't want to be late. Rupi told me that she would have me in & out in 5 minutes. I went ahead & let her seat me & get started. She was sweet, listened to all my concerns, worked quickly & accurately, and the price was very reasonable! My entire experience was extremely pleasant & painless! I often frequent this place. Once I got them done and my eyebrows came out terrible. I had to wait a few months to let them grow back-mind you I have very thin eyebrows as it is. I like to get them cleaned up here and there because it makes my makeup look smoother. It had been six months since I got my eyebrows done and I figured it was time to get them cleaned up again. Since getting my brows done I've been able to keep my eyebrows shaped nicely although they're thin. I enhance the shape with makeup, like most do. So I decided to go yesterday (05/06/2017) and there was only one woman there first thing in the morning. Her phone would not stop ringing, for one. Secondly I told her to just clean up my brows. When she was done she did not hand me the mirror immediately and instead tried to explain I'll need to fill my eyebrows in with makeup bc i have thin hair in an area. I thought this was weird because usually once they're done they'll hand me the mirror and everything looks great. So I said "hand me the mirror." My eyebrows were gone...I looked like I was from the early 90s where having thin round brows were in. I nearly cried because not only are my eyebrows thin, the shape is gone. I actually been here before many times. Sometimes I was satisfied and sometimes not. But I kept giving it a chance as it is right by my house and a convenient location for me. But earlier today I went in there with pretty much fully grown in eyebrows as I am trying to keep them thick now. I don't remember the lady's name that worked on me. But I told her I want to keep the shape and to keep them thick. Just clean up the edges only. But she totally messed up my left eyebrow. She made it significantly thinner than my right eyebrow and shaped it totally different. I told her about her mistake and showed her exactly what I was not happy about. She never apologized or admitted she messed up and just defended herself when it was obvious she messed up. My eyebrows were very thick and had been growing in for two months. But she acted as if I came in there with already messed up eyebrows and still took my payment! I shouldn't have payed but I am too nice of a person to just walk out without paying. I thought maybe it would look better in different light but no! Its horrible! I don't know how she messed up so bad! What upsets me the most is how she treated me as a returning customer! No apology or any kind of effort to make up for her mistake. I should have been offered to not have to pay as she messed up and I was not happy! That's no way to run a business. Waste of money and now my eyebrows are messed up and I will have to wait a long time again for them to grow back! read more

This rating is sad because I used to love going to this place, but it has one down hill over the last few years. Their posted hours say one thing but they never seem to open 10 am. Frustrating when you have other things going on and can't wait around for when they actually decide to show up and open. This has happened 3 time so far this year. Very fast service but probably the worst place I've ever been too. I had let her know that I had a little bit of makeup, didn't bother to take it off she just started threading. I wanted my eyebrows shaped and she just cleaned around. At the end when she told me to check them I told her one of them wasn't clean enough and then blamed it on my makeup. I told her to clean it and she refused until I insisted. I could have gone to a different place for a cheaper price and better quality service but I thought I could trust them. read more

love this place. the women are so nice. never had an issue with their customer service. this is the only place i get my eyebrows done. tried a few other places in the past and quickly learned to stick to what i know. because of this i used to travel from other towns i lived in to here because they're the only people that seem to get it right. but even then there are only three people i'll let touch my eyebrows in there with no hesitation. let a few new people do my eyebrows when my regulars weren't there. they were good too. but it's just something about my faves... only thing i miss is being able to use my phone number to keep track of my visits. i hate the stamp card because i always lose it. hopefully they change back to the phone number tracker soon. read more
