Honestly I have found it really difficult to find a good eyebrow place... my experiences at first that places are good and then they tend to thin my eyebrows out. I have been to the eyebrow station about 7 times so far and is pleased. Never too busy, always pleasant. I had the pleasure of having both girls work on me and both listen well to my request and works magic on my eyebrows with little to no pain. I usually tear up when they get done but not with these ladies. Place is always clean and the hat makes it even better is that they offer a reward program sort of. 10 visits and you receive a free threading. This threading spot is located right next to the black bear diner and subway in the Suisun shopping center. Pricing is average $10 for eyebrows.Definitely a place to visit if your in Suisun and in need of your eyebrows done. read more

After my girlfriend started recommending I get my eyebrows done, I had them done at Eyebrow hub in Vallejo. I left eyebrow hub feeling fresh, but when I first came here, a closer location to my house, I left feeling really good about myself! Everyone who works here is so friendly and is very patient. They even explain the process of you ask them and offer good conversation just like what I get in a Barber shop! (when the thread isn't in their mouths lol) Overall a very cool place to go. Cheap at $10 and offer a stamp card! I definitely recommend coming here. read more

This is the first time I have been threaded and it wasn't painful. Beauty is pain but she has such a tender hand that it's minimal. I highly recommend this place. The staff are very accommodating and pleasant. The shop is clean and welcoming. Five stars really isn't enough. read more

I'm extremely picky about getting my eyebrows done, especially since my #1 go-to person is all the way in SoCal. Since I'm back in NorCal for some time I had to find someone I could count in when it comes to shaping my brows just how I want it. I'm so happy I found this place and Diljit! The first time I came she was very thorough about what she was going to do and how I wanted it shaped. I really loved that she took her time to fully understand and explain to me what she wanted to do. When I came here the 2nd time, Diljit did my brows just as great as the first time. Unfortunately, today was the 3rd day I came in and she was't there, so I had to get my brows done by someone else. I believe her name was Preet. I was def nervous since Diljit knows how to do my brows, but Preet did them pretty well also. So far, I really love coming here and it's great to know that the workers are really good at what they do, everyone listens to how exactly you want your brows done, and they're all real nice :) They also give out punch cards! :) Seriously try this place out everyone, you won't regret it! read more

Decided to try getting my eyebrows threaded vs waxed after a really bad experience. Diljit was really nice and patient with me. She did a great job evening out my eyebrows that were really crooked from letting a nail salon wax them. I even got a punch card to receive a free threading! read more

Y'all. The place I used to trust with threading my eyebrows is now dead to me. You guys can't even imagine the level of hurt I am right now! So anyway, after she was done, I looked at my 'was' precious eyebrows in the mirror and told her that there was an uneven spot on the bottom. It kind of reminded me of a caterpillar that decided to jump and then went back to caterpilling around. She fixed that side of the brow right? So then I told her that brow looks okay but now my brows are uneven. She said "yeah, a little bit." .. okay why do I have to tell you my eyebrows are uneven. She should know to fix it already. Anyway, she tried to fix it and now I look like I'm f*cking curious all the time now. You can only go back and fix your eyebrows until they end up pencil thin like how people used to have it back in the day. Finally I tell her it's fine. Whatever. I don't feel like dealing with this crap anymore. Never believe a woman when she says "it's fine." 2 stars because they're usually decent. read more

I had a very good experience here. I believe the lady who did my eyebrows was named Anna. She was super sweet and nice. She was very comforting, as I find threading to be very painful. I'm a baby about it and I usually wince and tear up a little during the process. I liked Anna and I thought she did a good job. I would definitely go back. read more

I have never had my eyebrows threaded and yes, it is painful, but so is waxing. I found this place to be very clean. The wait wasn't bad for a walk in. $10 is so reasonable! I also love when businesses offer a frequent buyer program, or stamp cards. They do 6 visits, get 7th free. read more

I have been coming here for a long time, all of the ladies are so so nice and very good at what they do. I really appreciate how precise they are. I asked for a mani/pedi and a guy who I'm guessing might be the manager said no problem. After a few minutes I got seated and maybe 5 minutes later my feet were soaking. Well that lasted the better part of 25 minutes which I was none too pleased about. While this happens at many nail salons that's just an unacceptable amount of time. I'm sure they don't want to turn anyone away as thats lost revenue. But I'm surely not coming back due to this. The manager eventually saw I was waiting a long time and he applied a scrub to my feel/legs and exfoliated my soles. I don't know what the answer is to this issue but many of us don't like to be sitting around waiting for our service. The other downside, I got a person by the name of Van. Who was unfriendly was paying attention to everything but me. And did a terrible gel manicure, so bad I had to ask her to fix issues I could see with the paint. There are way too many nail salons in Solano County, so while the manager did his best it's not cool to let customers sit in the pedicure chairs for more than 10 minutes max. Also pay the cost and have a movie, TV show or current music on your screens.

When we arrived, there were signs on the door that stated that masks were required to enter. This was fine by me except for the fact that I only had my kids masks in the car . Luckily, I have a small face and made it work. When we went to enter the establishment, the door was locked, but a lady, who I later found out was Loan, quickly shuffled over and welcomed us in. She asked us to be seated while she finished with a client and I browsed through the standard gel polish offerings. We were then seated at the massage chairs and asked to place our feet in the basins while the water warmed up. Mary assisted my guest with their pedicure while Loan worked on my feet. Loan selected massage setting for us both as the remotes were locked in behind the chairs. This was something I hadn't seen before but if you are someone who likes to choose their own settings, it is something to keep in mind. The pedicure session was great. I am super ticklish and she made sure to not be too rough with my feet. The Cherry Berry color looked exactly how I wanted, so I asked for a gel manicure as well since it was $25. This is where things were not so good. My left hand came out perfectly. I chose Autumn Leaves and Champagne Gold, both with glittery sparkles. My right hand left more to be desired. It is now just over 8 days since my visit and the edges around my cuticles have already lifted and chipped off. The gel color doesn't go all the way to the side edges of my nail and it very easy to see the areas where the polish distribution wasn't even. Overall, I would return. The ladies are very sweet and welcoming. I would recommend Loan for pedicures and Mary for manicures.

My lashes are long and beautiful. I just wanted thicker and darker lashes for Valentine's Day. Renee had my phone number. She left me a voicemail. Renee texted me, on March 6, 2021, stating she would meet me at her shop and she would give me my cash back. I can barely move. So I had my daughter with me. Can you believe that even though she's the aggressor and she's the one that cussed me out and told me to "leave her the F*ck alone", she had a Police Officer there standing by? The officer looked really upset. They have better things to do than to baby sit people. When she texted me she said she wanted me to sign a receipt for the cash she was refunding me. Well guess what she did? She wrote on a blank piece of paper that she was refunding me the money. Then she wrote that I agree not to post negative comments about her. I will never agree to that, so I scratched lines through that paragraph before I signed her hand written receipt. I will never lie about a person. And not telling the world that she's a horrible lash person would make me a liar. I'm not deleting my reviews because what I wrote about her is the truth. Renee created huge problems between two families that was completely unnecessary. I told her about my life and she shared what I told her with someone else who doesn't know me. I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day (there was even some same-day appointments but that didn't work for me). Other places I looked at didn't have anything for weeks, even months. Anyways, I'm glad I went to Renee. I noticed immediately that her spa/boutique is very clean and welcoming. I was brought back early for my appointment (I arrived 20 mins early to fill out paperwork) and it was nice not having to sit and twiddle my thumbs waiting for my service. Renee did a great job with the microdermabrasion, she answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable even though I came in feeling a little self-conscious. My face was so soft and clean when I was finished. I felt great! I also asked Renee about products because sometimes I feel overwhelmed and don't know what to use. She made recommendations and even said she would not push the product on me--she told me other places I could buy her products as well. However, her prices were the same, if not better, than big stores such as Ulta, because she was having a sale. I bought a few things because I wanted to and not because I felt pressured. Overall, my bill was way under what I expected it to be for both the microdermabrasion and the skincare products! I paid with Venmo (even though she had other payments options) which I appreciate because I don't think many people carry cash these days, or at least not enough to pay for much. I will definitely be returning to Renee for my next service and will recommend her to others.
