The threading b***h Leah does brows well, but is EXTREMELY insulting and rude. She spent the whole time telling me my brows are uneven, I have thin brows, they're totally different shapes, that I don't have the facial shape for arched brows. She spent all of 10 minutes, plus through check out, insulting me. To the point where I really had to hold my tongue not to mention how she looks like Jigsaw with all her fillers and work done she's had on her face. But instead I didn't tip her anything. This is not the first time I've came here, I've tipped her well in the past, and I'm sure she remembers me. Not sure if she's just a hater or what her problem is. She has no room to talk with how she looks..the "woman" is like 50 but is trying so hard to look 20 with a super frozen and puffed out face. This has become such an unreliable place to get eyebrows done. It's always someone new when going in with the last person there being the worst. I believe her name was Leah, she was so unprofessional starting with her hair being tangled up in a pony tail and clothes visibly dirty, I'm sorry but I believe in first impressions. She treated me like I was a teenager, she pressed so hard on my face with the thread, she was smacking my eyebrows hard when adding witch hazel afterwards (no one has ever done that) I was literally squinting my eyes and jumping, then she literally made me promise her I was going to buy some cream for my face (she wouldn't move on until I said "I promise") and asking if there was any way I could buy it so I wouldn't break out (coming from a licensed esthetician she said) but I wasn't even breaking out, oh and she didn't clean my eyebrows all the way because she said I still needed hair to grow but it had been weeks since I've touched them and no one has ever said anything like that because others usually go right in and leave them spotless. I really wish this place would just be open when they say there are. I've come to the Morrison Eyebrow Plus so many times for threading when they just simply aren't there. And made me feel welcomed even as a male customer (not always the case when you come to an appointment dealing with aesthetics) She is so light handed and soft with her touch that you truly feel like it's a spa experience! I've gotten my eyebrows threaded here four times and it's a solid place to get your eyebrows done, they usually do a good job, but that's where the positive news ends. What's horrible is the customer service. I usually don't notice customer service that much unless it's exceedingly GOOD in which I'd tip more, but Eyebrow Plus' customer service is exceedingly AWFUL. It definitely depends on which lady you get, but twice I've had interactions where I wanted to ask why they seem to despise me so much. They glared at me when I walked in, seemed to think I was an idiot for not knowing a grunt from her meant to stretch the skin around my eyebrow, and didn't respond or even look at me when I told her "thank you" after we were finished. Perhaps the most uncomfortable interaction was when the employee made me pay BEFORE the service and when the screen popped up for tipping she instructed me I could only choose from the 15%, 20%, or 25% options not the "no tip" option. (All this was before I even got my eyebrows done too!). On top of that, I bought a "buy 3, get 1 free" deal and never got that one free, so there's no extra brownie points for affordability ($20 for guys). Go here if you need a one-time eyebrow threading that'll be sufficient, but don't expect to be greeted with a smile. read more

The services are good and worth the price compared to just waxing. You can come as often as you like and to any location. What's bad is the customer service. No one greets you or says hello, just "ready? Sit in the chair" This has been my experience on multiple occasions. They take their precious time Bullshitting when they have clients hanging out the door. Doing a great job is one thing but having no sense of urgency is another. I am member of EyebrowPlus. This is the best deal because you can go as often as you want for a three month fee. Threading is the way to go for me - no hot wax and no breakouts. I have my brows and lip done about every two weeks They are walk in only and there are three locations I know of - Pioneer Place, Clackamas Mall and Vancouver Mall. I generally go downtown. The two ladies that work there are both great - they know what they are doing and will hook you up with the right shape for you. UPDATE- I would no longer recommend the membership. I cancelled my membership in August, in writing per their contract requirements. I though no problems and my automatic payment was stopped. I did not go back for any service in August, September or October This month, October, I got an e-mail informing me I was going to be turned over to collections due to delinquent payment status. No warning, no calls just a letting me know I am a degenerate who will have their credit destroyed. I called and was informed my payment had not gone through in August and so I was delinquent. I had changed nothing other than requesting my membership be cancelled. The only way to resolve the situation was pay for August, September, October and a late fee. Buyer beware - if you do sign up for the membership - DO NOT attempt to get out, they will threaten your credit and extort payment form you for services you did not receive. The staff working in the location are great - it is the corporation that is no bueno, just to be clear. I would still not give this company business. read more

I went just recently in the past week to get my eyebrows threaded for the first time here and I was impressed. I forget the name of the lady who did my eyes brows but she did them exactly how i wanted them, not the way she thought they should look. I find the price of the service to be very reasonable and worth it if you like threading and are are sensitive to wax like myself. I also find threading lasts a bit longer than waxing.
