Nice selection of looks for their blowouts, but you can also let them know if you like more or less curl. They also make sure to ask about whether it's ok to use product. I love that when I first went in this morning I went in to get my eyebrows done. After further talking Patty about if they can color my hair she took my name and number down and within an hour I got a call back saying the hair stylist was in and if I could come by today. Ernie did an amazing job as well with my hair. I know I'll definitely be going back to see both Patty and Ernie again. They both did an amazing job both are outgoing and patient people all in all I couldn't be happier with the outcome I have new brows and a new hairstyle. read more

I wish i could give them no stars but yelp does not allow it. So my cousin went in to this salon about 3 weeks ago or so and she got her hair completely ruined by these girls that have no idea what they're doing. So me and my cousin do eachother's hair all the time and don't have any degrees but have somewhat of an idea of what we do. I have been doing a long process to her hair and was bleached at the tips but the roots were virgin. She wanted something a bit more professional done so she decided to try this salon. She went in and asked if they could do the color that she had on a picture and they said yeah. After they started her hair she mentioned that it would be better if she darkened her base. My cousin said no and the girl seemed surprised. The girls were texting someone and googlong how they could fix her hair. HORRIBLE!! About half way my cousin noticed the color coming out a bit too dark so she asked for them to stop. The girl explained that once she dried it it would look lighter, so they did so and it was still dark. My cousin outraged at the service and inexperience got her stuff and left. I would NEVER go back and would recommend everyone to STAY AWAY from this hell hole. This place is a joke filled with young girls who don't know anything. read more

I was visiting  Valley Fair Mall last week Shopping.  I was shopping in Macy's  and found myself in front of  EYEBROW PLUS Beauty Salon .  A very nice lady with a great smile  introduced herself and began telling me about all the great services !!!  I thought she was  Outstanding and very informative. After I listened to all and I was able to observe her do a Neck tie thread. I decided to go  inside to get  my eye brows threaded .  Ms. Patty  recommended I upgrade to the  tinting service too .  My daughter was with me and I decided to purchase my daughter a full face waxing and threading.   We loved it .  Ms. Patty was so awesome I decided to get the memembership for myself and my daughters.  I thought this was a pretty great deal. Was at the Westfield mall and thought I'd try this place out. From the moment I walked into the door, the lady began to sell me promotions and deals for all their threading and salon services. Even when she was doing my eyebrows she didn't stop talking about the other services and stuff. I understand you are running a business, but stop pushing so hard for other services. As far as the eyebrows, they were meh. Go to Brow Mantra Threading Salon instead. Kinder, wont push services, and will actually ask you how you want your brows to be done. read more

Samira, the owner of the salon, and the rest of her team are beyond wonderful! Samira is the only woman I trust to cut my hair to perfection. I always ask for a V cut and without a doubt, she gives you exactly what you ask for. What more could you want from a hairdresser? It's $45 for a haircut which is pretty standard for women, and I always know that I walk out happy and satisfied with my hair! Now to move onto my eyebrows; they always do such a wonderful job with my brows! I always get scared trying a new place to get my eyebrows done because we've all had a bad experience with someone threading your eyebrows too thin or not enough, but they always get it right with me! I think going here for about six months and I purchased a membership for threading my eyebrows and my upper lip for $70 for three months of unlimited amount of times for my brows and lip! So pretty much if I go four times within three months I'm getting my moneys worth and I usually go about 2 to 3 times a month so I would highly recommend getting the membership if you go as often as I do! read more

For starters, nothing against their threading services...having said that - let's get onto hair: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I'll tell you why: - Initially booked an appointment and the stylist unfortunately had cancelled due to a personal issue (that's not a problem - life happens, I get it)... so we re-booked for the following week - Week 2: Rupal called me from the salon (I believe that's one of the manager (Ashta's) assistants and asked me literally 5 times if I could come in at an earlier time. I explained that I had work and couldn't... then she ended the conversation by saying no worries, just come on your time specified (thanks...). Ended up coming to the appointment only to have the stylist be completely embarrassed and tell me they had over booked the appointment and was wondering if I could come by another time... I held my tongue and continued to say ok no worries, these things happen. The stylist felt so bad that she offered a 40% discount (so I said thank you and appreciated it big time - honestly, she was the sweetest out of everyone - Elizabeth). - Week 3: Elizabeth was gracious enough to let me know she wouldn't be working at the salon anymore and called me. I proceeded to want to cancel my appointment as I didn't feel comfortable with the salon owners or other stylists... when I called to cancel, they immediately offered the service for FREE on the basis that I come on the Monday at 9am. I explained that I had work and was not interested... They then told me that was fine but to "let them know"... I honestly have never been more exhausted (almost a month) in trying to book a hair appointment - unacceptable and sort of shameful for a business to be operating that way especially in the beauty industry where women are meant to feel pampered and beautiful. Thanks, but no thanks! NO regrets writing this bad of a review honestly. read more

The lady was very nice and easy to talk to, but once she started to thread my eyebrows, it was very painful. I've never had a painful eyebrow threading experience such as this one, it's like I already knew how many cuts I would have on my eyebrows once she was done. Also, she noticed how thick my eyebrows were and I expressed that I wanted to keep my eyebrows thick. Unfortunately, she threaded way too much and I've never had my eyebrows this thin. I'm sorry, but the painful ness and how much hair was taken off definitely makes me not want to come back, ever. read more

Do not take your business here. The office manager is rude and inflexible. I tried to cancel my membership twice now through them and keep getting charged otherwise. She only issues an 80% refund (she has control over this; she told me that it is up to her) even if you haven't recieved services. I was in the mall getting lunch, and conveniently enough this place was available for eyebrow threading. The guy who did my eyebrows threaded my eyebrows, but then he said he couldn't get stray hairs on one of my eyebrows. I thought this was odd since the one other time I got my eyebrows threaded at a different place, they were able to. Why would I pay $15 for eyebrow threading if you couldn't get rid of stray hair? Beats the point of having your eyebrows threaded. Also he pushed too hard for other services. read more

I dropped yesterday during a spontaneous trip to the mall and inquired if they take walk-ins. Stephanie was behind the counter and said she had time before her next appointment. 5 minutes my hair was being washed. She was polite and personable. She worked quickly and before I knew it I had a perfect blowout with a ton of volume and a light curl. I was then immediately brought over to another chair to get my brows done. Also speedy and proficient service. All said and done I was there for about 45 minutes. The only downside I would say was the value for your buck. After tip, my tab was $70 (and that was with a multi-service discount). This is more than I would be willing to spend on a reoccurring basis. I'm also not big on the membership sell. When I mention I'm not interested I'd like to move on with the conversation. While both girls were friendly and did a good job. I don't have any plans to return. read more

Got my eyebrows threaded and the guy left a lot of stray hairs around my brows. He left my eyebrows still pretty thick and I had to fix it myself when I got home. I tried to come back 5 mins later and ask him to fix it a little but he said it's fine. Paid $15 plus a $2 tip, but it didn't feel like it was worth it.
