We both wore masks during the entire time we were in the room together, and everything was very clean. I felt safe in the room with her and my concerns about being in close proximity to her were immediately put to rest. That was very important to me because I'm being ultra careful right now due to COVID, and you can't really social distance when someone is waxing you, but I felt safe. I had some serious quarantine brows going on! Valerie reshaped them for me and we created a plan together on how we were going to continue shaping them in future visits. Since I was going to be there for my brows, I went ahead and also booked to wax my legs, arms and underarms. I haven't ever waxed those areas before but I figured what the heck. I went for it!!! "We can't do anything for you because too much time has passed" So now here I sit wearing a ponytail and a hat every day.

Kota was also just super friendly and easy to chat with, I genuinely enjoyed spending the day with her while my hair was processing. My hair turned out BEAUTIFUL. I came in with what was leftover from a haircut that I didn't love, and Kota listened and thoroughly explained my options. And I feel so much better about my hair now.
