We both wore masks during the entire time we were in the room together, and everything was very clean. I felt safe in the room with her and my concerns about being in close proximity to her were immediately put to rest. That was very important to me because I'm being ultra careful right now due to COVID, and you can't really social distance when someone is waxing you, but I felt safe. I had some serious quarantine brows going on! Valerie reshaped them for me and we created a plan together on how we were going to continue shaping them in future visits. I arrived 20 min before my appointment time (was out running errands and just ended up there early) and she took me in right away. Her place is small, only a waiting room and the service room with a bathroom, but it's only her so no need for fancies. I don't care so much about aesthetics (her place is modest), but I do care about the quality of the wax being used, the speed of the service (because let's be honest, it hurts), and the final product. Not only is Patricia extremely fãs and efficient, she talks to you the entire time to help take your mind off of what is happening down there, and I left feeling so fresh, clean, and smooth. I should also note that I'm 38 weeks pregnant and my sensitivity is much higher than someone not pregnant, but the pain was very tolerable and over within 15-20 min. Highly recommend Patricia if you're in need of a great Brazillian bikini wax!
