Nooshin has always been my go to esthetician for skincare and waxing. In the last couple of years, my "Brooke Shields" eyebrows started to thin and look bare in a couple of areas. I discussed permanent makeup for my eyebrows with Nooshin for about a year before deciding on permanent makeup. My only regret is not having permanent makeup sooner! It's been a couple of months since Nooshin did my permanent makeup. My eyebrows look full once again without the need for an eyebrow pencil. I don't care so much about aesthetics (her place is modest), but I do care about the quality of the wax being used, the speed of the service (because let's be honest, it hurts), and the final product. Not only is Patricia extremely fãs and efficient, she talks to you the entire time to help take your mind off of what is happening down there, and I left feeling so fresh, clean, and smooth. I was led to a room that hadn't been cleaned (pics attached). The woman refused to wax me because my hair was too short. I explained to her that is just my hair and it will come out. I've been waxed many times before. We argued back and forth and she finally threw wax on me for a test patch. The hair came out and she proceeded to sloppily dump wax all over me. She dumped wax over my 14 carat gold permanent anklet (welded on to me). She ripped off the anklet and basically ruined it. She then haphazardly spent 2 minutes waxing me and then dumped oil all over me and my shorts which are also now ruined. I asked her to put some oil on my anklet to try to save it, minimal effort was put in to salvaging it. Thankfully I'm getting laser hair removal and will not need to come back here ever again.

I was pleasantly surprised to find she has a $39 Brazilian deal on Wednesdays (though her prices are overall very reasonable- especially for the service itself, and in comparison to other salons). The online booking was vey easy to navigate and use. I accidentally scheduled my appoinment for the wrong time and she got back to me in less than 30 minutes and resolved my issue easily.
