THANK YOU! I came here as a recommendation from my mom. I'm from out-of-state and got my eyebrows threaded back home about a month ago. The woman who did my eyebrows completely ruined my right brow and I've been trying to grow it back to normal. Sadly, it's not growing back normally. My face has looked lopsided ever since. I came here hoping my eyebrows could be fixed. Needless to say, I'm SO HAPPY. I thought they were a lost cause, but the woman completely fixed my right eyebrow and matched my left one so the symmetry in my face came back. If I lived here, this would be my place. I recently relocated and was looking for an eyebrow threading place. Previously, I went to the same lady for four years and only trusted her when it came to my eyebrows. So, I was nervous about trying out a new place, but I came early in the morning and didn't have to wait long at all! The threading was pretty painless and there were no cuts or anything after, which is a major plus! The cold stones is a nice touch -- first time having that done. They also offer a stamp card and you can earn a free eyebrow threading after 10 visits. I love how my eyebrows turned out, and I will definitely be back! read more

From the first time I got them done Ana told me my eyebrows were too far apart from the hair being waxed off and over time she fixed them for me and i loveee my brows now lol ! My current lasher moved too far away so I was seeking a reputable salon for my fills, as any good client I made my appointment two weeks out for their earliest appointment (with a lasher with good reviews). A week later I received a message that my appointment was moved from the morning to the afternoon. This didn't work with my schedule so I went online to rebook my appointment. Now, there are fewer morning appointments available and I'm having to push back my length of time between fills. I found an early appointment, on a different day, with a deferent artist that had good reviews so I booked that. I received the 48 hour confirmation for my appointment, and confirmed right away. Fast forward to MIDNIGHT that same day (the day before my appointment!!) and I get a text saying that my appointment is now with a completely different lasher and a later time. Needless to say, I cancelled my appointment and I will go to another salon. I don't understand where this is acceptable. I hear horror stories all the time about clients cancelling last minute and trying to dictate their lashers schedules. Never would I think a SALON do this.
