As someone who has had threading done by many people over the years, I feel very qualified to give an excellent rating to this place. This was my first time going to this particular place and I had my whole face threaded by Dee (not Disha). Dee was very kind, and made me feel very comfortable. Anytime I was in pain, she patiently told me that it was almost over and to hang in there. The place itself is brand new, clean with top of the line equipment. WORST EYEBROW SERVICE I have ever received. My eyebrows were done by a older women she started doing my eyebrows very aggressively she finished my right eyebrow I liked the shape then she did my left eyebrow I got multiple small cuts on my left eyebrow after she finished. Then I asked her about the cuts she replied that I didn't properly placed my fingers that's why I got the cuts. That's completely lame and absurd I didn't move my fingers I was exactly doing the same which she was telling me to do. How come she will be lying like this ???? Then I wasn't happy with her answer and I wanted to tell to the other person who was sitting there I think she was the business owner she saw my cuts and was talked to her but she was telling the same thing which was told to me. The owner said the cuts will go in sometime and she will do my eyebrows next time. I paid the amount with the tip to but my eyebrows were burning for like 2 days and I bought the aloe Vera gel to apply On it I have no idea when this cuts will go I am Only WORRIED if the CUTS scar my Face I will update here how my cuts are healing. I had my eyebrows done here . They were not complete and had spaces , not filled in completely ,and when I questioned the owner she said would take care of it on my next visit.(The owner is the one who did my eyebrows) On the following visit not only did she charge me again, but they still were not filled in completely. Following after I called and spoke with the owner once again and let her know that I was still not happy with them . She did offer to do them again for no charge however when I got there she gave my a hard time about her poor and extremely rude service. Arguing with me.. this is not the way to treat your customers when you are in the the wrong. Very disrespectful & argumentative about her negligence in her service... When your in a customer service business you do not treat people like this From the beginning my eyebrows were not done completely.. NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE... Disha is awesome!!! I had to lose my previous eyebrow lady, sadly, when I moved to Boynton. Needless to say I was reading reviews of all eyebrow places in my immediate area and didn't find anything promising until I decided to try out this place. I hit the jackpot! She does an amazing job every time and no one has ever made my eyebrows look as similar to each other as Disha has. She also knows exactly what shape works for my face. I want to start off by saying that a completely different establishment left me with almost no eyebrows after a horrible wax job. I let them grow in as much as I could (1 month and 3 weeks). From the moment we walked in, Dee made my daughter and me feel so comfortable. She is very welcoming. I don't know how she did it, but she managed to shape my eyebrows into perfection! I was so emotional and happy. I couldn't believe it. She is sooo good at what she does. My daughter was also so so so happy with the outcome of her eyebrows. My sis normally gets her brows done here so i tried them out while i was in town. At first i really just wanted my brows to have an arch but disha explained to me my brows would thin out if i did arch them any further... and i'm pretty stubborn btw lol anyway my brows came out amazing and SUPER clean! I also got my lips threaded and for some reason i normally break out when i do but i didn't with disha her technique is really professional and I highly recommend trying her out. read more

This was my second time getting threaded and I was uncomfortable (didn't want to thin or arched to high). I went in looking for as natural of an arch as possible along with my clean up. Phenomenal! Im very picky with whom I let touch my eyebrows but after finding Dee on Yelp I am never going anywhere else. On my first visit with Dee she did a fantastic job threading my brows. She listened to what I wanted and gave me Exactly what I asked for. She's detailed and extremely thorough.
