The service was quick, she was incredibly friendly, and she genuinely understood my whole eyebrow journey. We even laughed about why it took me so long to come to her. The threading didn't hurt like other places, and she was so precise. For $25, it truly can't be beat. I even told her she should charge more, but she explained how she tries to stay mindful of her clients and the cost of living. That alone says so much about her character. Do NOT get eyebrow threading at the Fashion Square Mall or Downtown Mall. I made this mistake when I first moved to Charlottesville two years ago. Make an appointment with Palvi first! As a result of a bad eyebrow experience, it prompted me to grow my eyebrows. Didn't tweeze, wax or thread for almost two years! I had full eyebrows when I had them done with Palvi, she cleaned 'em up, shaped and kept it thick. I also have to mention that my face has a significant asymmetry, but now that my eyebrows are even! My facial asymmetry is less noticeable! I'm emphasizing the full eyebrow thing disclaimer because most people would maybe think over plucked eyebrows would magically look okay... usually the issue is not with the business... it's with the client's high expectations.

Had a monthly membership and for a while, I was going every month. Then I didn't go for a few…read moremonths which became more than a year. I looked at my credit card bill today and the price increased over last month with no notice. When I called to cancel, I was told you have to email the member email and wait a month. If you get charged again then you can come in one last time. WHAT? Looked at the website and there is NOTHING in their Terms and Conditions or anywhere on the site as to how to cancel. Called the corporate office in Jacksonville and was told again that email is the only way. There is only one person who handles the cancellations and he doesn't have her phone number. She calls him directly but he can't call her. This is the most ridiculous way to handle cancellations I have ever heard of. Great gatekeeping.
