Okay I don't really know how to start this but I will try to keep it as short as I can. I really wish I could sit and tell the ppl reading this every single little things that happened. But let's just start by saying I wouldn't recommend coming here for microblading. Our first session, she didn't ask how I wanted my brow shape. She just drew her style and I had to tell her I didn't like it and had her adjust it to something I'm comfortable with. ( so that already made me worry and Uncomfortable)Then she didn't let me see the color selection for my brows. She picked for me, she didn't explain the color, the undertone or what it would fade to. So we do the brows, it comes out uneven but I understand it's the first time and I have to wait for it to heal, shrink and fade. After all that, it's still pretty uneven but I was going back for my touch up so I didn't let it bother me. Now, before leaving my first session we had scheduled a date for my touch up. Leading up to the touch up, Donna rescheduled me not once but 3 times. Each time was not an emergency. Please keep in mind that I also work, i go to school and have kids so this was very inconvenient for me, very unprofessional and It made me very upset. She also didn't bother to apologize untill I addressed it, so it clearly was not sincere. Now to the day of my touch up, I sit and let them prep me, she showed me where she was going to touch up, the spots that didn't hold the ink obviously and I was fine with that since I showed her the spots I'd like her to fix up. During the touch up, I told her it was hurting me, she said she would add more numbing cream but she didn't. She just continued on microblading. After she was done with both sides, I noticed one side was very uneven so I asked her to fix it up a little bit just to even it with my other side. She then tells her assistant to write down on paper that she had already did the touch up but I am asking her to fix/add stroke. Which I understand why she did that for her own safety but she made me feel very uncomfortable and upset because when I was trying to explain to her my concerns she replied " this will be on you, this is your decision because I already did what I felt was needed" and I told her okay I understand and tried to explain to her where I would like to be fixed and she with an attitude says " I'll do it exactly how you want " without even listening to me so i asked her to please listen, that way she will be able to fix it how I'm asking her to. Overall her customer service was terrible. I feel bad for assistant/receptionist for having to take the heat from unhappy clients. read more

I did my eyebrows in May with Donna. I was unsure of the shape because I was surprised at the results at the end. A few weeks later, it ended up healing well and I was really pleased with the result. However, my eyebrows faded really quickly and I was surprised at how much and how fast it faded. I bought a touch up with my original appointment so I had to be back in Seattle within a certain time period in order to get the touch up without having to pay an extra fee. As the date approached, my touch up had to be rescheduled at sudden notice because Donna had a family emergency. I go to school a few hours away from Seattle so this was very inconvinient for me. I wouldn't be home from school for a few months if it were not for this. I asked if I could get my touch up when I got home from school but because of their policy, they would charge me $70 extra. For how expensive this service is and the fact that it was not my fault that the touch up had to be rescheduled, I would have expected that the touch up be rescheduled according to the customer's schedule without any extra fee or at least the fee be decreased if anything else. They were very smart in writing their policy in that either party can cancel within 48 hours of the appointment. That being said, at least Julie, the person who schedules you, was very responsive and able to schedule me each time very efficiently. I would just say, be weary if you are from out of town or are relying on school breaks to get your eyebrows microbladed. Overall, Donna is very meticulous and pays really good attention to her work throughout the process and makes sure you are comfortable. read more

After looking around for a place to get my eyebrows done my sister in law told me about Donna, she had done my sister in law brows n I loved the results. But I was a little worried since I had an old tattoo and I was scared that she wouldn't be a able to fix them. They were uneven and also faded. Donna is a magician! I have always had a bit of an insecurity about my thin and minimal eyebrows. I have also struggled filling them in because they are somewhat off center. I first went in for a consultation and she asked me what I wanted and provided some direction and explained what would look best with my facial features and bone structure. I owe Donna a review. I last had my brows and eyeliner done five years ago. It was time to touch up my brows. Eyeliners tend to last longer. She pretty much had to redraw my brows as they were well faded. Compared to 5 years ago, the micrblading technique is faster, less painful and cleaner. They apply a topical numbing cream for 20 mins. Then Donna draws the brow shape based on your facial features. I requested fuller, bolder shape. The blading process took about 20 mins and about a 2 out of 10 on a pain scale for me. It was nothing intolerable. I left work early on a Friday and was fine to return back to work Monday. Immediately after its super thick and dark due to the swelling. The worst day is the next day very dark. However this is not representative of its true shade. Once the scab sloughs off by 2 weeks that's the true shade. It includes a free touch up within 3 months. I expected a quick touch up but Donna spent so much time perfecting it, it took 30 mins. She noticed my brows were a bit grayish so added brown to it to make it more like a brownish ashy shade. I religiously applied the ointment to prevent the scab from drying out prematurely. The shape and shade turned out perfectly. I'm a perfectionist myself, DIY gal, skin and makeup junkie so that says a lot about Donna's work. If you're looking for gorgeous, fool proof makeup just go to her. Her prices are comparable to other Seattle places but you can be rest assured you are dealing with an artist and not someone who is just providing an additional service to their business. read more
