Oh no! I wish Manisha was still with the company. After years of being able to go here and knowing they will get it right.. they got it wrong. I was on their side of town and decided to stop by. I hate leaving negative feedback but my eyebrows are so much thinner than what I communicated and they are uneven. I let someone do them knowing my original girl wasn't there. Nonetheless, I was very detailed in my service request. I would suggest being very specific with Ushon (the threader if you get her) about your wants/needs and maybe have her let you look at your eyebrows in between moving to the next one. I went back in the business after I immediately noticed by injuries when I got to my car and asked for my money back. She stated, "what do you want me to do it's your fault and the owner isn't here." This seemed to piss off the worker with orange hair. She was really upset marked all the boxes. I just walked out after our interaction. I absolutely love going here. I'm quite picky when choosing an eyebrow lady. So, believe me when I say the lady here is fantastic. She is very light handed and gentle. I've been to places that have made me bleed before. However, I've never gotten nipped here. She also shapes my eyebrows just the way I like it, which is in line with my natural arch shape. Lastly, her prices are reasonable. It's $10 for brows. Unfortunately, she will be closing down this location. Not sure where she will be going next, but it's saddening that I may have to find another eyebrow lady. read more

I've been doing my eyebrows for about a year at this location and to be honest they always do a good job. Often times there's only one lady doing the threading and charging so if there are other people in line you will definitely have to wait. As far as pricing goes I think is pretty standard or cheaper than normal, they have never changed prices on me last minute and their prices are posted at the place. I normally use their $25 for 4 coupons and I find it pretty worth it since I keep my eyebrows clean and get it threaded once a month. I honestly don't think the lady here has an attitude problem but rather she's overworked. I think she still does a pretty good job. I think this is the place where you go get your eyebrows done if you're on a hurry or didn't get an appointment at your normal place. read more

don't come here, go to any other location. i came here to get my eyebrows threaded because i live very close by the time i got home my eyebrows were broken out with big red bumps. i called the store they were completely unapologetic and insincere had no concern for what happened. then they hung up in my face after saying "i don't know what you want us to do about your pimples" i'm truly disgusted by the customer service. my face was completely clear before i got there and i left with three enormous zits above my eyebrows. i've been getting my eyebrows threaded for years and never experienced this so i was completely frantic. no one wants to leave from getting their eyebrows threaded and leave broken out on their face. i want to add that when asked if they wash their hands, they said they only use hand sanitizer. to which i said is NOT cleaner than washing hands. sanitizer cleans bacteria and viruses, hand washing removes dirt, debris, and germs sanitizing doesn't. read more

I came in here based on a recommendation an I'm glad I did. The staff are very professional, polite, and explained each step of the eyebrow threading process. I'm no stranger to threading, but I appreciated the narration nonetheless. I came in the hopes they'd be able to correct the mess my eyebrows were in after a botched experience in NYC and while not perfectly symmetrical, which would've been impossible given the hack job done on me in NYC, my eyebrows look arched, clean, and as close to symmetrical as possible. However, one Saturday morning I was really pressed for time and needed a MANDATORY threading before a 5pm wedding start time. That would be very RUDE and INCONSIDERATE for me the invited guest to make an appearance at a wedding with "Caterpillars looking eyebrows and a Groucho Marks mustache" ijs, ijs Not super busy (always a + in my book) maybe 1 or 2 customers waiting when I walked in on two separate occasions. Only 2 chairs, but I have yet to see any other threader there. I don't know her name, and I will ask on the next visit but she is always there. This lady takes her time, very detail and gentle. She also did my uppercheck area, which I was really really impressed. I promise, if I had the leave to take off a week from work, I would stay secluded in the house, get my CHEWBACCA on and have her thread my entire face. Brows $8 Upper Lip $5 FULL FACE $30 No big fancy location, right on the side of Planet Fitness, look out for it you may just drive by it without noticing. As stated at the beginning of this review, I'm slowly falling in love, yes I'm CHEATING on my regular spot but Eyebrow Threading Art and More is literally 4mins and 23secs up the street from my house, while my 'regular spot is 20miles'. I'm usually very particular about the shape and volume of my eyebrows. I walked in on New Year's Eve and was a bit concerned to see that there were no other customers in the shop. It didn't take long for me to overcome this concern, as the young lady (forgot her name) made sure to clarify that all I wanted her to do was clean up my brows and only take off the stays and enhance the shape that was already there. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. They give you a different price every time you go depending on their mood. You might also get an attitude because you come in during their break, they left me in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting for them to finish their lunch. By the time they were done eating they come out with a strong smell on their hands. I was a customer for over 8 years to this business, they don't care about their loyal customers or about providing great customer service for that matter. They constantly talk amongst each other making you feel insecure and unappreciated. I will look for a picture of when one of their stylists messed up my eyebrow so bad it hasn't grown back. Prices were normal. I've never written a bad review before but my eyebrows are absolutely awful. One is thinner than the other, she took away the arch of one. They aren't even remotely similar to one another. I don't get my eyebrows done often but this was, hands down, the worst my eyebrows have ever looked.
