Came here on a Saturday and my timing couldn't have been more perfect. I walked in at 2:04 pm, and right after me about 4 more people came in--so I definitely beat the rush. There were two women working and they were super efficient. I was in and out by 2:18 pm, and there were still people waiting when I left. Quick and quality? Love that. I hadn't gotten my brows done in about 2 months, so I really needed a clean-up--and they did exactly that. I didn't take a before pic (regret that ), but trust me, they brought my brows back to life. I went yesterday to get a full face threading plus eyebrows done. There were a couple ladies there, so there was no wait time, which I appreciated. I went in and explained what I wanted done. At first, I felt her trimming my eyebrows with scissors. I noticed she was trimming the top because my eyebrow hairs do grow upward a little, and I'm used to that being done at other threading places. But then I started feeling her trim the bottom of my eyebrows, and I could hear her clipping on my left eyebrow specifically. After that, she stopped and didn't really trim the other brow. The bottom of my eyebrows usually never gets trimmed, so this already felt unusual to me. She then started threading, and I did feel like she was taking off more hair than usual. Mind you, my eyebrows were not overgrown at all because I had already gotten them threaded somewhere else about 3-4 weeks ago. They still had a nice shape, so realistically this appointment should have just been a cleanup. Once she finished and brushed my eyebrows down a bit, they honestly looked okay at first glance when she showed me. However, today when I went to put gel in my eyebrows and lightly shape them the way I normally do, I immediately noticed blunt cuts. I tried styling them, but the hair on the bottom is now too short because too much was cut off. It honestly looks like I'm missing hair in certain spots because of how much was trimmed. I also noticed some micro bleeding/red spots around my neck and chin area after the facial threading. I'm not sure if that is considered normal, but it is something I experienced after the service. I uploaded pictures -- the first one shows how my eyebrows looked before, and the other pictures show how they look now. I'm leaving two stars because my other eyebrow does look good and they are even. If she hadn't trimmed the bottom, I honestly feel like they would have turned out really nice. At this point there's not much I can do besides wait for them to grow back. I also have a wedding to attend this weekend, so hopefully an eyebrow pencil does the trick. I have been coming here for a while and everything has always been great. It was my to go place and even though I find threading rather painful, I thought it was worth it because they did an amazing job. I was there this past week (about 5 days ago) and not only that the lady ruined my eyebrow (and left it with patches and missing hairs on the top), she cut my eyelid. I left bleeding without even realizing (and she said nothing too). I quickly looked in the mirror from far and paid (even tipped) and when I got in the car and took a better look I almost started crying. I am including a picture (note the scratch - picture is today, so after 5 days). Also, luckily, my eyebrows are micro bladed (so, from far they look ok even though they are ruined). You can tell on top there's missing hairs, it's patchy, and not cut properly. I will never return here again. read more

Eye brow threading today!! Ok yelp friends, It has been a very long time since I have been here, to this salon. I was happy that they are still here. They welcome walk- ins and so I sat for a few minutes only as they have 3 chairs and all were filled when I walked in. They greeted me and asked me to have a seat. They have a few couches and they make the short wait comfortable. They had a Bollywood show on the TV. I was called over to sit in the chair. My gal was very nice and got right to work. She is quick and precise. Very detailed. She does such a good job!! When she is done threading she applies a light cooling lotion with cotton and it feels so good. This location continued to stay busy with a steady flow while I was there. If you live or work in the area this is a good spot to visit. The price is average and def worth the price. While shopping at Sally's next door I asked if Khina is a pretty good shop to get my brows threaded. Both associate's equally stated the spot is always busy. Being the yelper I am I checked their reviews and ratings and went for it. I have to say the lady who did my brows did a great job, very nice, patient with my request, and cleaned them up just like I like them. The shop itself was cute, clean, and calm atmosphere. This place is our go to eyebrow threading place and never disappoints! I enjoy the warm welcome they give when you arrive and the warm thank you as you leave. At times they get busy and it shows how popular this place is. Although it gets busy the service is quick and the wait isn't bad. When they do our eyebrows they show how reliable and how well they do their job by showing you the work they did and you can always comment on how they did. I really like the cooling of the aloe they apply after they finish threading. I also appreciate the reasonable prices of $10 cash and $11 card for eyebrow threading. I've gotta take a minute to leave a review for Khina Eyebrow Threading in Henderson. So I'm a Sicilian guy with thick, big black eyebrows -- you know the kind that can turn into two angry caterpillars if you don't keep them under control. I was next door at Hobby Lobby picking up a few things and noticed the eyebrow threading shop before they closed. I figured, why not, let's live a little. When I walked in the place was packed. All five chairs full, plus a few more ladies waiting. That's usually a good sign. Before I even went in, a woman outside told me, "Khina is the best." I looked at her eyebrows... they were perfect. I said alright, I'm sold. About 25 minutes later I'm in the chair. Now I'm not gonna lie -- in the past, threading felt like medieval torture. But Khina? Total pro. Quick, precise, and somehow way less painful than my past experiences. Next thing you know, my eyebrows look sharp. Clean. Respectable. Like a civilized Sicilian gentleman instead of a guy who just crawled out of the woods. Khina herself is very professional, super friendly, easy on the eyes, and clearly knows her craft. You can tell she's done this a million times and takes pride in it. She also offers waxing and a bunch of other services. Best part? Twelve bucks. Where else are you getting your eyebrows cleaned up for $12 these days? I gave her a nice tip because great work deserves it. I was here yesterday like clockwork to get my brows threaded and Khina suggested I tint them as I complain they are a not as full as I'd like them in the inner nose areas because they just don't grow thick...younger ladies-if thin brows ever come back DO NOT OVERPLUCK! I don't know how they have almost 5 stars. I came in for a touch up but the lady dam near threaded my whole eyebrow off. Not only did she mess up the original arch of my brows and made it a flat straight line, she shaved too much off in the center area making my brows appearing way thinner and shorter than the length of my eyes so its very disproportional. I get it, it only cost $10 bucks per client and there's a ton of people waiting in line, but how bout actually doing a good job instead of rushing through the customers?? This is my go-to for brow threading in Las Vegas! The entire process is quick and easy with great results. I just walk in and usually wait just 5-10 min. before the next aesthetician becomes available. There's usually three working, so you don't have to wait very long. Even the experience of waiting is a pleasant experience in their spacious shop with comfy chairs, relaxing music, and AC. I always just ask for brow and upper lip threading, which comes out to about $18.00 including tip. They do the job with minimal pain, no overplucking, and friendly service throughout. The ladies here are wonderful. I totally understand how nerve-wracking it can be to find a new threading place, but I trust any aesthetician here with my eyebrows and will definitely be back! read more

I come here every 2-3 weeks and never get disappointed! I'll be honest, I'm usually in a hurry and not picky with who does my brows at this location. Everyone does a great job! Today I came for my usual, "just a clean up" for my eyebrows. There was readily a chair available and was in and out within 10 minutes. The ladies here are extremely gentle and I NEVER feel like they're rushing. So I appreciate them taking 10 minutes versus a quick 5 minute harsh threading session like other places.
