The shaping itself came out really nice -- I actually loved how my brows looked in the end. Clean, defined, and exactly the look I was going for. However, my main concern was with the tinting process. I was told the tint would be left on for about 10 minutes, but it ended up being closer to 30 minutes without any heads up or explanation. During that time, my eyebrows became extremely itchy, which made me uncomfortable. I'm not sure if it was a reaction or due to the tint being left on longer than expected, but it definitely didn't feel right. Everything turned out fine visually, but better communication -- especially when something changes during the service -- would have made a big difference in the overall experience.

And I got splashed with bacon grease when I was cooking and it burnt off part of my eyebrow closest to the start of my brow bone. Making me look normal might have been a challenge for others. Hina made me look exceptional. The thread came out, the scissors came out, the aloe came out and poof- the mirror came out and I was done. It took a hot 5-10 minutes and I got right in. No appointment. I've been here numerous times and they're always very gentle. I have super sensitive skin and the aloe they use doesn't break me out. I've gone to other places that do. Never again. They also do a nice little temple massage at the end. I know I already mentioned that, but it truly is lovely. You don't always get seated immediately, but they will get with you quickly. It's not expensive at all and they even have a punch card for free sessions after you complete so many. I have about a hundred of these cards somewhere. They just float off into the aether. I was assured when I find them all, I can bring them all in. Now I just have to find them. Lol
