These kind of reviews are really hard to write, especially when you've been researching and you…read morebelieve you've found the best of the best. You land on somebody that you think rises above the rest, only to be shuffled to someone else in their salon. So you'll never know nor get what you put in for. When I decided to book PMU with Mila, I was told that Mila, the salon owner, had no appointments for 3 1/2 months, well ok, because really good aestheticians should be busy. I was immediately pushed off to another aesthetician in the salon, Anastasia, saying that she was hired right away because she was that good, etc., etc. But she is not! My first appointment, as with everyone else's, they draw out your brow line for PMU and ask you to approve it. I told Anastasia that she literally lowered my brow arch by a third. Her answer was, "don't worry about it you'll have enough arch left." And just proceeded. Well, I didn't! And I was not happy. Here's where it gets really interesting, I reached out to Mila right after, after she asked me to give her a positive review on Google and Yelp, telling her that I can't do that because I wasn't happy. She rest assured me that she would make it right and laser could fix the PMU that affected my arch. And that she would personally make it right. That never happened, and here's why. I had my follow-up/touch-up appointment with Mila on a Saturday and I was really early so I was sitting in the parking lot having my lunch an hour or more before my appointment when I was contacted by her husband, their receptionist, telling me that she left so sick and had to cancel my appointment and they didn't know when they could rebook me because they didn't know how many days that she would be out. I never saw her leave. Little does she care either, that she posted herself working out in the gym at 6 o'clock the next morning on her social media I mean, come on?! It's not just my opinion, but she left the day of my appointment and canceled my appointment so she could do something before she left for a 15 day vacation in Mexico. Let's fast forward to trying to get rebooked with Mila. I sent a text to their main phone number, which is her cell, and was again told that they didn't know when I could reschedule with Mila so they put me back with Anastasia. Ugh!! Anastasia then drew the brow line "box" on my brows for the second time and created so-called, "wings." I literally got up this time and erased those lines myself and redirected her to where they actually needed to go to follow my natural brow line. Which is what I came in for in the first place. And, still not right. She kinda does what "she" wants. This is a $900 service with a $200 follow up/touchup service. It's really really really not worth it. Not that I can't afford it, but if you're gonna pay this kind of money, you should get what you pay for with who you want to pay to do it. Not just gets shuffled off to somebody else in the salon because you have a family and you want to take most of the Summer off. If you have a business, take on a business, run that business!! I don't know if the ink will ever stick, it didn't the first time around. Still waiting for the touchup to heal, but my hopes are not high! Cannot recommend this place at all! I have reached out to Mila's personal cell a few times since and she has yet to answer me, just crickets all day long! Just save yourself the time, the money and the aggravation! I don't think I'm the only one that is going to have to go to another salon to do a cleanup on this botched job! This is way less than one star treatment! These are people's faces, for petes sake! When somebody searches you out for "your" expertise and you agree to take on the job, personally take on the job! After all, we aren't letting just anybody touch them. That's why we do our research beforehand. Steering new clients to other aestheticians in your salon, claiming that they are just as good when they clearly are not! For what?!

Currently I have to make corrections every day with makeup to my brows. I have to say that the reviews did not mentioned her unprofessional, narcissistic, very rude attitude. During my appointment she was more concerned in telling me about her cat, ranch and retirement plans than asking or listening to what I have to say about what I wanted for my eyebrows. She did everything I did NOT want. She shaved my eyebrows and make them thinner even thought I mentioned that I didn't shaved them or plug them out. The color was reddish, completely the opposite of what I wanted. My brows were long and curvy, exactly the opposite of what I wanted. 3 month after her work, my eyebrows have lost 50% of the color and have grown back, I guess after the quality of her work I am glad because it is easier to fix them with makeup. All natural treatment for microblading and permanent makeup eyebrows." But she claimed it was removal only??? Why wouldn't you just say that in the advertisement then!? Why confuse people by putting two different sentences that would assume either/or?!? Why not say exactly "removal ONLY!!!???" She was so dismissive and snappy and wouldn't even look me in the face after disrespectfully telling me the Groupon was wrong. I tried to tell her it was kind of misleading and she actually ignored me (immature much?!) then began to get extremely defensive when I stood there in shock and her demeanor basically said "too bad! I'm not willing to help. I don't need your business, so leave and take it up with Groupon!". She seriously walked behind the counter and dismissed me by removing my booking. You would think she would be like "sorry Groupon maybe messed up on their end, but let me book you for treatment and maybe take off 10% of the full service. Going back to her chair though I saw the actual lashes and changed y mind on the curl type. I sat down in the chair and we chatted for nearly the whole two hours it took her to apply the lashes and she took pictures of my lashes for me. Alana was super nice and knowledgeable and it was a great experience. And most importantly my lashes look AMAZING!!! No more having to put on falsies everrrrry morning! Jameson did my work and his craftsmanship is excellent1 He applied a numbing creme beforehand, so it didn't really hurt, just felt kind of like little pokes around my eyelid. It didn't take too long to do and I was out in 40 minutes! I'm super happy with the results and just hope it lasts for at least three years before I have to go back! You must return after 6 weeks for touch-ups. The color may also look lighter after that time. So I'll have to wait and see. It was great to wake up this morning with one less thing to apply to my face! So yes, I would recommend this place. I was super shy at first but she helped me feel comfortable and made me feel like the prettiest girly ever. I spent almost 5hrs here due to the fact that I had a lot of lashes but the energy that radiates of Andrea was beautiful. I texted her the day after I got them and sent her a picture and she said that they always look like that right after a procedure because they're so dark and once they lighten they will look better. She also said she wouldn't do a touch-up (which comes complimentary with the procedure) until 2 months later. I agreed. So, in the meantime I've been trying to fill them in with pencil and I can't find the right shade of pencil or powder so it always ends up looking horrible! After a few months of looking like this, I followed up with Andrea and asked to schedule my touch-up. She said that she had been told by a doctor that she has carpal tunnel and was recommended to no longer hold the heavy machine to do brows. I then asked if someone that works for her could do the touch-up at no extra charge since I had already paid $500 and have had messed up brows for months and the touch-up was supposed to be included in my service. Andrea said that since the people that work for her are independent contractors that they won't do my touch-up for no additional charge. I understand this but she should make it right even if she has to pay her co-worker a couple of bucks! This is horrible customer service. I run a business of my own and if we screwed something up or couldn't follow through with something we already agreed upon then we'd make it right by paying for it out of our pocket. Now I'm out of pocket $500, I have screwed up brows and will have to pay more to get them fixed. I'm scared to even go to anyone else as this is pretty permanent for now and a brow pencil won't make it look better. I'm totally screwed and out $500!! Thanks for nothing Andrea!
