I even offered to pay the day of the procedure, even before insurance claim had been filed. They would not schedule without money deposited first. Throughout my entire pregnancy i felt supported and safe. not a moment went by where I was feeling left in the dark other than the typical new mom fog, forgetting about some things and having to be reminded again. I felt heard and secure in my decisions. now almost one year later I am still excited for the pediatrician appointments to hear about how well my son is developing. hitting milestones early, even though he was a littler baby. Dr Richmond will always be my favorite doctor and probably my sons as well. I have severe PTSD and was terrified to give birth in a public hospital but I knew that was going to be the safest place to go. Very caring and helpful,you feel like family. No one likes going to the dentist but I miss these people if I have to reschedule. It's just a great place to get your dental issues taken care of.
