The doctor was very friendly and personable. He made me feel very comfortable. The people working at the front were also super friendly and really sold the sale! Its a super cute spot and in a great location. I will definitely come back the next appointment, but hopefully its not too soon!

It took a month before hearing back, then I was informed my prescription was out dated. She left a message on my phone, don't call us will call you. This went on for another two weeks, once I called they said my glasses were in. I returned home, the lenses were scrach, on top that I had a veterans exam. I am informed that I need to have another exam in that it was not approved by the veterans affairs. Veterans don't brother going to this business for exams.

He could not authorize me to pick it up, he could not email and ask them to release it via email or mail to him. Federal law does allow the release verbally and/or via email. The customer service help line was able to give us what we needed in less than five minutes. Please educate managers and staff on federal law.
