When I attempted to return them, I was told they could not be accepted because they had been worn. However, there was absolutely no damage, scratches, or signs of wear--they were simply tried on and worn briefly to determine whether they were a good fit. The glasses were returned in like-new condition. For premium-priced sunglasses, I expected much better customer service and a more reasonable approach. Instead, I felt the policy was applied in a way that favored the store rather than the customer. Before purchasing from this location, make sure you fully understand the return policy and how they calculate the return period. If you're spending hundreds of dollars on sunglasses, it's worth doing your research and considering other retailers with more customer-friendly return policies.

Also, she told me that for only $64.99 I could buy the protection plan and I could get a replacement, incase any thing happens to them, even lens scratches. OK, I was sold I had nothing to lose, or so I thought...! After 2 weeks, and only wearing them for about an hour, I decided to return them. Back at the stand, a different sales person that day asked me if I was aware of their return policy....? Anyway she looked at the unit and said one of the lenses was scratched. After I cleaned them, there were no scratches that I could see. Not wanting to argue, I told her I would use the purchase protection plan, get a new pair and return the new one, but apparently there is a copay, and you don't get a free replacement at all. It would cost me nearly 1/2 the original price for a scratch that I couldn't even see. Also the return is only for the original pair. I know what you're thinking; sucks to be you dude... Bottom line, ask more questions and get these sales people on video recording their sales pitches. Better yet just stay away...

Very difficult to find an opto store that can do soldering repairs. I called at 2:30 on a Friday and inquired with a gentleman, said they were open until 6, yes took walk-ins. We drove there, took an hour in peak traffic but so worth it. Worked on the glasses that same day, they did a great job. We are so happy but especially my husband who has his brand new fixed eyeglasses so cute. Really nice people with great customer service. Thank you staff.
