I am in utter shock. After going to this location four times -- three to pick up contact trials and once for the initial appointment. *15 minutes away from home. First, they forgot to order them, then they hadn't arrived after 3 weeks of waiting, and then finally to pick them up another 3 weeks later. I've received them only to have them 1. Be the incorrect brand which is important for my eyes - I made that very clear in my appointment. & 2. To have the wrong prescription!! I've been wearing contacts and glasses for 19 years and I've never been prescribed contacts or glasses that were off. My vision is blurry - even as I type this - but I've been waiting for my contacts for a specific reason in which I need to use contacts. I've also never waited longer than two weeks for contacts to arrive -- three I would understand, but six? After putting the first one in it ripped due to the reason I mentioned in my appointment. Immediately my eye was irritated and red. Picture shown. I feel like I've been bullied and treated with malicious intent by Isabella Lozano and team. Not only has the aftermath been appalling but the actual appointment itself was disturbing. Her attitude towards me and my family was extremely disgraceful and disrespectful. I had even mentioned that I was really excited to receive my contacts since it had been a while since I've had them. When I mentioned this to my husband in front of her - she gave me a very cruel look. I would highly recommend never seeing Isabella -- and I would highly suggest this facility look at whether she performs ethical treatments. I will never be coming back and I'm sure my friends and family will do the same. Now I need to begin the process all over again. Up until now I've decided not to write a review out of respect for the facility - since I'm a business owner myself and the facility was clean and on the first visit, two young gals were kind - one at the front and one in the back -- outside of Isabella. After the first visit, I mentioned my complaint to the front desk. Sadly, the customer service after that began to decline and I never saw either of the young girls again. I'm a mother, wife, and business owner. I don't have time to be writing this nor do I have time to go through this while process again. Very disappointed. At the end of the day, you treat everyone with integrity and respect. Not only in business but in life - not project your own insecurities onto others or be malicious. My experience at this location was really concerning. They lost my eye-glass prescription. After dropping off my prescription with them I was promised a call to pick up the glasses the following week. They never called me. I called them numerous times and eventually returned to the store to speak with Jessica, the store manager but she seemed bothered and never looked into it nor bothered to call me back. Highly unprofessional place to trust them with your vision. I've been getting eyeglasses and expensive progressives for decades from my town's local small business with very personal service. I thought the huge commercial stores wouldn't be as careful as my hometown store. But when I was wintering in Fla, my glasses broke and desperately needed immediate replacement to see and to drive, so googled various eyeglass businesses in the area. I couldn't believe that from the moment I opened the store door, I was so personally, attentively and warmly greeted by Theresa. Usually it takes me forever to find frames that fit my face and that are the shape I need. It wasn't even 5 minutes later that I found 2 pairs of frames I liked! Then Theresa said I could get both fitted with progressives for the price of one! And that price was less than I pay up north. She then said she could have the first pair ready that day! I was again in disbelief, assuming the quality wouldn't be great at that amazing price and speed. I was very wrong. Theresa called me with her friendly, genuinely caring voice, and managed to get the on-site lab to get my glasses done in just a few hours. I needed a special coating on one of my eyeglasses so that was sent away and shipped to me while I enjoyed the other pair. Both these eyeglasses now look great and work great, at less than half the price of my many last pairs. Theresa is an exceptional customer service and eyeg knowledgeable person with many years of experience. She's a gem, and so is my experience with this company and location. This location is excellent and Jennifer was awesome and super helpful with any insurance questions I had. I am in south Florida on vacation and lost my glasses and was trying to get same day pick up, but Jennifer very kindly let me know it would take longer than a day for my prescription due to my astigmatism. She also called multiple other locations in Orlando (where I am from) to make sure they could make my glasses within a few days time when I get back home. The doctor was very nice and friendly as well. I wish I lived down here so I could come back for all my future optical needs! 10/10 would recommend. read more

The staff were amazing everyone was so nice and friendly. They took their time and explain everything about what was happening with my eyes. What was good and what wasn't. From start to finish they were all very helpful. From Randi checking me in, to Jennifer taking the exam, to the Doctor explaining it in great detail and Abraham helping me pick out frames. I called this morning and was treated by a receptionist quite poorly. She didn't know if they carried the insurance that I have and would have to call back. Also tried to give her my full name as some documents have 2 last names and some have one. and told me more than once just needed last name. When working with any vendor, one hopes to receive a good product for a fair price, as well as to enjoy working with that vendor. My experience when working with Eyeglass World in Boynton Beach met or exceeded my expectations in all those areas. As their ad and my phone call to them promised, I was going to walk out with 2 pair of single vision lenses and frames for 90 bucks an hour after my appointment started. Jennifer took her time making sure all of the numbers regarding face size, pupil distance, etc. were correct. Both she and Jordan gave me their opinions on the frames that I had narrowed down, and why. I was glad to take their advice. When I returned to pick up my 2 pair, just as I was about to leave, because I need sunglasses with my new Rx, I looked at and saw a pair of sunglasses that, including the custom prescription lenses I wanted, were going to cost less than half of getting my old pair refitted with my new prescription...so I got them. As I was paying, there was a nice man behind the counter, whose name I unfortunately didn't ask for, suggested I take a look for multi-pair discounts online and, because there was one at the time, I ended up basically getting those two single visions, gratis. Just outstanding. Now, Gentle Reader, I wouldn't expect that there will always be the pricing that I was fortunate enough to get, but even without the additional discount, their pricing saved me a lot of money. And you're certain to get treated well. They're also going the extra mile by not making ME go an extra 30 or so miles that it would take me to drive there (and back) and they're shipping my sunglasses to me when they're done, gratis. I haven't written many reviews on Yelp, but am moved to, based on all of the above, and I want to make sure that I'm not the only one who knows about my experience. This is the best place to get your glasses! They all are very professional and accommodating. We got the honor to work with Jennifer and Daniel. They both are very sweet and knowledgeable about the process of everything. Glad we made the appointment here and couldn't be happier with our glasses both my husband and I went and was able to get an exam and pick our glasses out the same day.
