The male doctor is fantastic. Highly reccomend HOWEVER! If I wanted to see a women's breast's for 90 minutes I'd go online or hooters. Jenny checked us out and not only did it take forever because her nails were so long she kept having to backspace and re type we had to look at her breast bounce from her anxiety. Her bra was showing majority of the time. At one point I seen even more than that if you catch what I'm saying... This is a place of business. Dress however you want when out with friends or on a dating profile. But no one wants a free Itty show. At least not a family. read more

My 1st visit, everyone seemed friendly, and after my exam I was told " let us know if you have questions on anything". I've had progressive lenses and loved them, but with a big change in my eyes and Rx, I was stunned to find my night vision with the new glasses was not good. I really wanted to talk to the optometrist about my options, but was told "that's not how we do things here". They wanted to put marks on the glasses and have the lab remake new ones, and then after that if they don't work I can speak to the optometrist. I don't live near their store and I'm not about to make endless trips to get satisfaction. Instead I got a refund and will take my business to someone else who really cares about their clients. read more

I had a high review in mind but when I came back to buy my glasses that completely changed. Signs out front says 2 pairs of glasses for 78 dollars. Once he sat me down and tried to sell me all the options under the sun I did pick a couple but not all that they were recommending. So what started at 78 dollars the final price he tried to give me was 505. So 400 dollars more than the signs that get you in the door. I will be looking to Warby Parker or other online options. I already looked online for prescription safety glasses and the cost was half of what they try and sell them here for. read more

Reasonably priced and great friendly staff. Only caveat being that their lens grinder doesn't know the difference between a ROUNDED edge and a BEVELED edge which is actually a bit dangerous considering it can lead to double vision and reduced vision area on the lenses. I would certainly use them again but won't get the finished edging until they get a better skilled person on staff. read more

Staff is extremely pushy and rude. It also seems to be a policy to harass people via constant texts and phone calls even when you tell them not to/to stop. You can have an appointment at 3, then sit in an empty waiting room for 90minutes before the doctor strolls in the door. Before all this, they will take your insurance/information and give you a quote or what the pricing will be. After you've done the exam and placed an order, they will call you a few days later to inform you that the price is at least triple what they told you. Finally they won't let you order anything despite being inside your prescription timeframe. They require you do another exam anyway, which is the most expensive around. read more

Excellent techs. I damaged my reading glasses and took them in to be repaired. They had no problem doing the deed. The vision insurance did not want to pay for a new pair yet, so these had to be fixed or else I was gonna have to spend a lot of unnecessary money for a new pair before insurance allowed for a new pair. Eye exams are painless and quick. They have flexible appointments to fit the person who works odd shifts, like I do. I appreciate that. The office was clean and the opticians and optometrist were all wonderful. Good options for new glasses and sunglasses and they accept most insurance. I loved the new sunglass styles. read more

Took my 13 year-old this evening, great experience!! Dr. Yang took her time, explained everything to my son, made him very comfortable. Tiffany assisted us from start to finish, wasn't sales pushy but was always close to answer any questions. Superb customer service!! And we took his glasses home same day!! In will never go back, all they wanted me to do is buy unnecessary things for my glasses. I have progressive lenses but neither pair is correct even after 2 different tries. They draw lines on your glasses to tell where the line should be instead of the machine that is more accurate. I only wear my glasses on Saturday or late at night so they will do. read more

I had an appointment set for a year. Came in 15 minutes before my appointment time to find out they cancelled my appointment. I even had an email the night before saying "looking forward to your appointment...". They never called me once to confirm appointment or tell me that I needed to reschedule. Receptionist was rude and unapologetic. Over an hour of driving was wasted. Have been coming here for a few years, referred others here but I will not be back after today. After a 10 years old pair of glasses I went out looking for a new pair. Out searching for a Good Deal and GOOD QUALITY I stop in at eyeglass world. I was treated with the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!! All of the employees were helpful and available to assist me. I got my glasses and after a month I scratched the frame (I don't know how) luckily I purchased the warranty........ No questions asked I got a replacement pair of frames. The wife broke an arm off of her eyeglasses and the place that she bought them from refused to do any kind of repair, especially after seeing that she had last been in in 2013. We shopped around and found this place. They were so nice to temporarily repair her glasses for free, and were so friendly to us in general, that the wife made an appointment and made plans to buy new glasses from them on the spot. They definitely have our business and The business of as many people as we can tell. She can't thank them enough! read more

Both times I've had to wait 20+minutes past my original appointment time. My appointment today was at 5:20 and it's now going on 6pm and still not seen. I feel if the doctor and staff cannot keep up with the current appointment times then maybe the windows should be a tad bit bigger. read more

Staff is wonderful. Dr. is NOT! Apparently I interrupted his lunch. He let me and his staff know that. It was very rude and could have been handled differently. I did not like the way he treated his staff nor his commitment to customers on his "off time". read more
