Eyelash club seemed like a good deal until they permanently ruined my eyelashes. I was a client for 3 years. Until the recent months when I was beginning to develop a SEVERE allergic reaction to their glue. I was going to the "manager" Nathania. She was constantly defensive and not willing to help or when she did she seemed super undereducated and not well trained to handle such situations. She instead of looking into glue she was using she would ask me if I had changed my diet........ I have never in my life heard of that. I stayed consistent and always took pictures (I'll attach all of them) for Nathania to see what I was experiencing at home after fills. She never seemed too bothered so me being again a client for 3 years I trusted them. My lashes got worse and worse to the point where my eyelids were so swollen and puffy, I couldn't stand it anymore. I finally got other opinions and it was then when I decided to finally cancel my membership. I had just paid my monthly fee when I decided to cancel it and I went in for a fill with Nathania, she was so rude and dismissive she treated me so rudely and poorly, she refused to hand me the iPad in which we rate our service and again was just plain our rude. (Also to clarify!- I was cancelling my membership after a convo she had with me of maybe taking a break and see if that helps then coming back, so obviously I didn't want to get charged while I was taking a "lash break", I figured I'd go since I decided to take a break after I had already paid the month but after this rude experience I had with her after taking her advice I knew I was not coming back, and also me still giving eyelash club the benefit of the doubt but now knowing it was their negligence and products giving me allergic reaction and PERMANENT damage and BALDING OF MY LASHES) I could not believe I had spent thousands of dollars on a company that wouldn't reimburse me for one month of service knowing all of the issues I have had with them and still trying to stay with them and work on getting my lashes better. I run a retail and salon store myself and I know this is no way to treat guests, I do the right thing and hold myself and my employees accountable. I would make things right with my client if it was my obvious negligence. I know the eyelashclub menbership is cheap and tempting but if you care about your lashes and you want to support a business that truly care about their clients THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. Let my bad experience save you from having a bad one also. Plus the girls are always constantly complaining about Jason the owner, they air out all of their issues and it's such a toxic environment. They talk about how he overworks them and is super cheap, how he doesn't like to spend money on supplies and their hiring is a mess as well. They would constantly complaint about how he was too cheap and inconsiderate about investing in receptionists. So your "1 hour fill" for $100 turns into a 40 min fill because they keep walking away to answer the phone even with receptionists that again the girls would complain Jason didn't train right and would have to run and help them. As a client I should never hear the issues of a business and I do believe I deserved atleast the last month reimbursed since I didn't go for the full month and I had given it more than enough time to fix and help heal my lashes. I have waited a long time to leave this review and from business manager to business owners, teach your girls how to handle escalated situations like this, accountability is everything in a solid business as well as word of mouth advertising, I referred to many girls to eyelash club and was super loyal. Also make sure you hire people that won't bash and bad mouth you in your own business. If you're looking for a solid eyelash place, THIS IS NOT IT. Who knows if my issue was every escalated but I hope by reading this you save yourself and spend a little extra on a good lash service. As well as support a business with integrity. Shame on you eyelash club, shame on you Nathania, and shame on you Jason. read more

Which is fine because I got Luna instead, she's very talented. The stars I took are because I paid for a month, and a new full set which I will get credited for my full set but I've not gone in this month to use the membership and they won't pause my membership like they used to and allow me to use that payment towards after I am actually able to use it. They used to let you pause, but I guess not anymore. Was going to this place for nearly a year. Nathania was so off putting in the beginning that I nearly cancelled my membership. Luckily, two techs (Luna and Jerri) salvaged the relationship by being so kind and caring. Both techs are now gone and Nathania and her horrible "management" of this place became so toxic that all of the seasoned techs have left. Nathania is also the reason why I am now no longer a client. When I asked her to have the owners get in contact with me, she said "I'll try". To the owners, Nathania is a bad apple and she's poisoning your location. Toxic. his club has been the most unprofessional service I've ever experienced in my 6 years of getting eyelash extensions. I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to them being a newer facility but had not one but A FEW bad encounters: 1. I made an appointment for mega volume, but when I arrived was told only one person does mega volume and I was not booked to see her. Once I was done with my service, the woman tried to charge me for mega volume KNOWING she did not give me that service. I caught it just before my card was charged and was offered an appointment to get them fixed up to my expectations a week later, in which I did not Go back due to the original unprofessionalism, 2. I was out of town and went to go cancel my future account appointments online, where I was shown NO RECORD of any future appointments or memberships. I thought This was strange so I called to make sure that this was in fact the case. I explained my situation and told her I was not able to cancel my account online and I was not able to come in person due to being out of state, The lady over the phone told me she would speak with her manager and call or text me with a solution that day. no call, no follow up. 3. I called again to follow up a week later so that I did not get any unauthorized charges on my account. I got The same reply of "I will talk to my manager and call or text you" AGAIN NO RESPONSE. 4. I see A charge on my bank statement that was unauthorized and due to the facilities miscommunication and negligence on my account issues. i call to ask For a refund and am told that there are no refunds given. I explain I did not authorize this charge and that no one followed up with me on my multiple calls of concern. Kimmy the manager tells me she has no control over this and gives me her managers email in which i reach out. I ask The owner Jason to call me on two accounts after he tells me he "needs more info" after I explain the entire situation and get NO RESPONSE. This is just an example of really bad customer service and NO CARE for their clients. Nobody seemed to care or consider the urgency of this matter regardless of This being a mistake of the staff resulting now in being charged to my account for not even sub par services that I did not authorize. I am VERY unhappy with how this situation was handled and would not recommend anyone to commit to any sort of service from this facility. It's no wonder the place is empty and struggling. With it being unlimited fills for members, I try to go as often as I can to keep the fullness look all the time, but even when I don't go for a while they still look amazing and I barely get any fallout. I wanted to say that these ladies are amazing. Not only were they understanding of my unpredictable schedule they worked with me and rescheduled my appointments when needed and offered any openings. There was a miscommunication with my appointment. I wanted a classic natural look and I came out with a hybrid full set. It was overwhelming for me and not what I wanted but even those eyelashes looked amazing. They accommodated to what I wanted by letting me purchase the classic eyelash membership even though I offered to pay for the hybrids. Would recommend. Service level is godawful...technicians and results are great but there is no front desk so scheduling is scattered, they cancel appointments constantly - sometimes without even telling clients, can't bill correctly, and management can't reply to clients correctly. 5 stars on techs and pricing, 0 stars on customer service and professionalism. Don't waste your money here. I've had extensions by other studios before so I know how to take care of them. For starters, my classic set was not full enough. A lot of my inner and center lashes came off just by brushing them through. And god forbid that it's windy, so many of my lashes just flew off the next couple days. Even with an oil free makeup wipe, they just fall off. The customer service is really nice, the lash techs are friendly but the quality of the service just isn't worth what they charge. read more

Kimmi and this location is overall amazing hands down. She has been doing my lashes since the beginning of the year and I have enjoyed every single appointment I've had with her! I did not know what to expect going into my first appointment and Kimmi took the time to go over any questions I had before we started. I have very fine and small lashes and she always makes the best decisions to make sure that my extensions look great and my natural lashes are protected.
