I will not be renewing my membership because this location has completely fallen apart. The turnover is beyond ridiculous. Every single visit there's a different General Manager , a different front desk employee, and a different aesthetician. At some point you have to ask why. Are employees quitting because of poor leadership, or are they constantly being fired? Either way, it speaks volumes about how this center is being run. The current General Manager COURTNEY is, without question, the worst I've encountered. COURTNEY is arrogant, dismissive, and completely incapable of taking accountability or resolving even the simplest customer concerns. Instead of de-escalating situations, COURTNEY makes them worse. It's shocking that someone with such poor customer service and leadership skills is managing a business built on client relationships. This location has destroyed the reputation of a brand I was once happy to support. Corporate should take a serious look at what's happening here because this center is driving away long-term, loyal customers. I expect someone from corporate to contact me and explain how a location can decline this dramatically.

I was so sad when I heard Whisper had to relocate to Tempe; however, the services are definitely worth the drive from wherever you are. After they moved, I tried going elsewhere in Tucson, but they messed up my eyebrows horribly! I booked an emergency appointment with Celeste last Saturday and she managed to salvage them just before I went to a party. Celeste is incredible!! I have been going to wherever she is waxing for the past six years because I'm the pickiest person when it comes to waxing due to my sensitive skin. Eyebrows, brazillians, lashes--you name it, Celeste has the magical touch and she's the only person I trust when it comes to beauty. I've been going to Celeste for a year already. I was super stoked when she told me about her new place. Celeste is GREAT at her job. She does not make you feel uncomfortable nor weird. She explains your first time, and how you should take care of yourself. Honestly, Celeste has given me a great experience. Hands down to you girl. Whisper wax by far is one of the best places I've ever gone to get my eyelashes done and waxed. Their products are amazing and my skin feels fabulous when I walk out of there. I LUV their style and customer service is always on point! Until the recent months when I was beginning to develop a SEVERE allergic reaction to their glue. I was going to the "manager" Nathania. She was constantly defensive and not willing to help or when she did she seemed super undereducated and not well trained to handle such situations. She instead of looking into glue she was using she would ask me if I had changed my diet........ I have never in my life heard of that. I stayed consistent and always took pictures (I'll attach all of them) for Nathania to see what I was experiencing at home after fills. She never seemed too bothered so me being again a client for 3 years I trusted them. My lashes got worse and worse to the point where my eyelids were so swollen and puffy, I couldn't stand it anymore. I finally got other opinions and it was then when I decided to finally cancel my membership. I had just paid my monthly fee when I decided to cancel it and I went in for a fill with Nathania, she was so rude and dismissive she treated me so rudely and poorly, she refused to hand me the iPad in which we rate our service and again was just plain our rude. (Also to clarify!- I was cancelling my membership after a convo she had with me of maybe taking a break and see if that helps then coming back, so obviously I didn't want to get charged while I was taking a "lash break", I figured I'd go since I decided to take a break after I had already paid the month but after this rude experience I had with her after taking her advice I knew I was not coming back, and also me still giving eyelash club the benefit of the doubt but now knowing it was their negligence and products giving me allergic reaction and PERMANENT damage and BALDING OF MY LASHES) I could not believe I had spent thousands of dollars on a company that wouldn't reimburse me for one month of service knowing all of the issues I have had with them and still trying to stay with them and work on getting my lashes better. I run a retail and salon store myself and I know this is no way to treat guests, I do the right thing and hold myself and my employees accountable. I would make things right with my client if it was my obvious negligence. I know the eyelashclub menbership is cheap and tempting but if you care about your lashes and you want to support a business that truly care about their clients THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. Let my bad experience save you from having a bad one also. Plus the girls are always constantly complaining about Jason the owner, they air out all of their issues and it's such a toxic environment. They talk about how he overworks them and is super cheap, how he doesn't like to spend money on supplies and their hiring is a mess as well. They would constantly complaint about how he was too cheap and inconsiderate about investing in receptionists. So your "1 hour fill" for $100 turns into a 40 min fill because they keep walking away to answer the phone even with receptionists that again the girls would complain Jason didn't train right and would have to run and help them. As a client I should never hear the issues of a business and I do believe I deserved atleast the last month reimbursed since I didn't go for the full month and I had given it more than enough time to fix and help heal my lashes. I have waited a long time to leave this review and from business manager to business owners, teach your girls how to handle escalated situations like this, accountability is everything in a solid business as well as word of mouth advertising, I referred to many girls to eyelash club and was super loyal. Also make sure you hire people that won't bash and bad mouth you in your own business. If you're looking for a solid eyelash place, THIS IS NOT IT. Who knows if my issue was every escalated but I hope by reading this you save yourself and spend a little extra on a good lash service. As well as support a business with integrity. Shame on you eyelash club, shame on you Nathania, and shame on you Jason.

During my entire Brazilian wax, Melissa did not wear gloves at any point. I also personally observed her reuse applicator sticks by placing them back into the wax after they had already made contact with my skin. She also wiped the area from back to front during the service. There was no cleansing or skin preparation before she began waxing. The waxing technique itself was also disappointing. Several areas were waxed repeatedly because the hair was not being removed adequately, which made the service much more uncomfortable than necessary. Despite the repeated passes, I still left with visible hair remaining in both my Brazilian area and underarms. I have had Brazilian waxes before, so I understand that techniques can vary between providers. However, my concerns here were primarily about sanitation and basic professional practices, not personal preference. I did contact management afterward, and I want to give them credit for how they handled my complaint. They responded promptly, acknowledged that my sanitation and service concerns were valid, apologized, and issued a full refund for both services. I genuinely appreciate their response. Unfortunately, my individual experience with Melissa was still concerning enough that I felt it was important to share for other clients considering booking waxing services.
