I get my lashes done by Melinda, my fill takes no longer than an hour & her work is amazing. They last long, never hurt & are very affordable. I got my first Brazilian wax by Celeste, I was super scared but she made me feel comfortable. She was quick & efficient, talked me through the whole thing & made sure I left satisfied. This is the second time i've gotten my lashes done at this studio and i love it here. Both times were done by Megan and lemme tell you.... she understood the assignment. Everyone here is very welcoming and the studio is immaculate. It's very clean and well organized. i saw another review complaining about the late 90's r&b that they play in the studio. To that, i say.. girl, bye. sorry you have bad taste in music. Aside from the services they offer, the music is probably the best part! i love that i can relax, get my lashes done AND listen to some hits. Finding a good lash tech is hard to come by but you def don't have to worry about that coming here! 10/10 recommend. read more

First time in the salon was a pleasant experience. It was visually organized and I could tell they cared about it being clean. I got my lashes done with Jess. I appreciate the time and precision she put into doing my lashes. I don't care about how long it takes to get them done as long as they're done well, and she did just that. The music taste of the salon was not up to date, late 90's female R&B isn't my vibe. Would definitely recommend tailoring the music to the customers instead of the workers, that way it would be more bearable for me sitting there getting them done. read more

I did some research on eyelash extension. Eyelash techs are NOT suppose to glue an extension to multiple lashes. It makes you basically lose all of your lashes because they glue it onto an adult lash and baby lash. So you end up loosing new and old lashes. Well that's what happened to me, and I might add when they do that it hurts like crazy. I had Melinda and hopefully I just got her on a bad day, or she just didn't care to be ethical with my lashes. She was on her phone when I walked in, didn't look up until she felt like it. Was on her phone when I came out after washing my lashes, and on her phone during my appointment. Is that why on top of having my lashes glued together I had patches of extensions glued together which was not cute or comfortable. I specifically said I'd never had eyelashes before that doesn't give them a right to do whatever they want to my eyelashes and ruin my natural lashes in the process. No after care advise was given until I had to ask, didn't offer shampoo for extensions to buy (even though I'm pretty sure they sell it there?) Lastly, she had taped both of my eyes down and then finally remember to ask me what I even wanted done?? She took off some tape and made me open my eyes with the under eye patches still on which was painful to say the least. All for her to do something completely else? Nothing about the photo I showed her and what I got are correlated. It's been almost 2 weeks and non of my eyelashes are coming off because they are all glued together in some way! I feel like I should be disputing charges. read more

Will never go anywhere else in Tucson other than here to get my lashes done. I have never left being anything but happy and excited about the way they make my lashes look. I have had both Sam and Veronica and they are so talented and do exactly what you tell them you would like your lashes to look like. Reasonably priced too, especially compared to other places such as LA and Phoenix area. I have found I can go about 3 weeks at most without getting a fill and my lashes still look great. Super easy to book an appointment too as you can just text the number and they find the perfect time for you to come in. Huge fan!!!
