The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the session felt a bit overpacked. There seemed to be many mini processes within the 60 minutes, and while I appreciate the effort to include a lot, it didn't feel as relaxing as I expected. I was hoping for more focus on the head massage for a deeper relaxation experience. Another point is the products used. They use brands like Neutrogena and others, and when they removed my makeup, my skin felt burning and tingling ~ which is unusual for me since I don't typically have sensitivities. I personally prefer and use very clean, organic products, but I understand that would increase the cost beyond the $103 + tip price point. Also worth noting: there is a $40 nonrefundable deposit required, and you must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing it. A positive experience overall with very good service, but I didn't leave feeling as relaxed as I had hoped, which was my main goal.

I will say that I haven't been to another salon, in this area, that gave me the OVERALL satisfaction that Aria has, so I decided to try them again. I got a new set and pedicure. A total nightmare! My daughter went for a pedicure and nails. It was clear that my daughter was in a lot of pain asking her to stop and Linda rudely said "do you want me to take it out or not" and pin her foot down and began to dig until she cut my daughter's toe. . My daughter started bleeding profusely, and there was no empathy shown. Once my daughter shared pictures with me, I quickly reached out to the manager, Ben, who assured me that a report would be done, and that he would share with Venice the owner. He also assured that he would call us back to give us an update. All we wanted was to know how they would handle should my daughter end up in the emergency room with an infection being the severity of the Injury caused. We never heard from Ben. The following day we both went back to Aria to speak with Ben for follow up. During that visit, my daughter was still bleeding, and Ben stated that he did not know that it was that bad until the second day that we showed up.At that time he told us that he had not reached out to the owner because he was still having to review the video footage. He also asked us to share the pictures because he didn't know how bad the Injury was until he saw it on the second day when we went back. Very Terrifying Experience! Ladies beware!…read more I went to amazing lash on 8-15-18. Complete Newbie of having individual lashes put in. I had a girl named Porsha as my lash stylist. She seemed nice, took me back and began the process. This is where it starts getting odd, but I thought it was all normal procedure. She tapped my eyes completely shut! I couldn't open my eyes even if I tried. Again. I thought that was normal. I then heard cutting sounds (scissor noises), so I though she was cutting tape, or the false lashes. Never in my mind would I have thought she would CUT MY ACTUAL EYELASHES OFF!! But she did. I didn't find this out, until later. Because my false lashes kept falling out in clumps and I couldn't figure out why? I went in to get a mini fill in. Different girl. She told me that the first girl, didn't set them correctly, so she wasn't going to put in that many and for me to come back in two weeks to get a full fill. (Again I just paid for nothing, and my eyelashes are still falling out in clumps) Well I'm beginning to notice that I can't see my real lashes?? Where the heck are they?? I move in closer to the mirror and they are gone! Brings me back to the beginning where I heard scissor noises and see the cuts on my eyelashes and OMG THE GIRL LITERALLY CHOPPED OFF MY EYELASHES! I have called numerous places, asked other people if this has happened to them or anyone they know, no one! I've called licensed estheticians and they've all told me they shouldn't even have scissors in their rooms, that they are not even suppose to touch your natural lashes. I have several friends that go and get this done and they have told me that it is not procedure that they completely tape your eyes shut. The second time I went in for the mini fill with the different girl, my eyes in fact were not completely tapped shut. I could still open them if I wanted. I don't understand why this girl did this to me. I won't be able to have anyone touch my eyes now. That's a trust that was broken. I feel like it was maliciously done. It has traumatized me no doubt. You go in to get eyelashes and come out with your own eyelashes chopped off. I have tried to contact that manager. I emailed her and the girl at the front desk made her aware. I have received no answer. I have called corporate and was told the owners would be made aware and they would contact me, and still no answer This is a very serious matter. Manipulating someone's face shouldn't be taking lightly. Update: This happened a while ago, it was handled, I got my money back, of course my eyelashes had to be nourished back to a healthy state and given time (lots of time) to grow back. They are still growing. But as you can see the owner has responded to my review claiming that the do not cut people's eyelashes off. I however didn't say all of them did. I can't say that. But the girl who did mine, DID. I also have emails from the store manager apologizing for what her employee did to me. The photos I have supplied, going into the store, and my emails to and from the manager are all proof. It took a while to get into contact with the stores manager. Seemed like she was never at the store. I could only get to her via email.

She wanted to reschedule THREE hours later, in which I could not afford to spare any time considering I had a photo shoot scheduled before my ceremony and the time allotted for completion would have taken 2 hours. She said she would come to the venue, but I didn't not have access to the venue by the time SHE would be ready. I also didn't want my makeup and hair rushed. I even offered to come to her, so she would at least take her time, but got ghosted. (And at this point I wouldn't even trust that she would show up on the second scheduled time) So on my WEDDING DAY, I had to use whatever makeup I had and my own hair tools. If she would have communicated and wanted to cancel I would've found a backup plan, but that opportunity was not given. I'm not one to write bad reviews, but this has to be known. Your trial may be successful, but when it counts she will not show up on your event day. I would assume it was because it was just me, and maybe she took on a bigger party. Which once again if that was communicated I would've found a plan b. Very unprofessional and unacceptable and would not want any other bride going through this.
