This place is just magical. I didn't even know this place was here. My sister in law treated me to a spa day before my baby boy came. We were secretly hoping the massage would help push the baby out lol ! When we first got in the receptionist greeted us right away and knew about the appointment so she took us back to the lounge area. The lounge area alone was huge. They have flavored water and seltzer water and also offer wine or mimosas. The lounge is very relaxing too so it sets the mood for you before getting your massage and facial. My first service was a facial and it was done by Daniella. She was great. The sweetest lady and really took her time on my face. I explained to her how my hormones were changing with the pregnancy and my skin was doing some crazy things and she knew exactly what I needed. She explained my skin was pretty good and the random spots of dryness were just of the pregnancy. She did an excellent job on my face. My face was glowing for days after. She knew I wanted to relax as well so she kept the talking to a minimum and made sure I was relaxed and comfortable throughout the facial. I highly recommend booking Daniella for your facial if you book that service here. For my second service I had Brittany and she did the prenatal massage. Her hands are magical ! While most people come to get a massage and relax I was there relaxing but also talking her ear off ! Luckily she didn't mind and we had a great session. She was helping me prepare for birth and made my body feel so relaxed and calm afterward. It was exactly what I needed. I am sure if I wasn't pregnant she still would have a done a fabulous job on relaxation massage as well. This place is great and I highly recommend them for anyone in the Brandon area. 1. Facial Fire & Ice 60 min facial with hot stone neck/shoulder message. What I got was 35 minutes I timed it, no message with hot stone. $140.00 2. Message - Swedish 80 minute, was fine, nothing special, asked to do deeper before she started, didn't really answer me. Never asked If I like what she was doing, no verbal communication. $110 Gave me a cup of water with no ice in a paper coffee cup with lid. Nice 3. Manicure - again Ok, nothing special, didn't offer any drink and didn't have a lot of colors for manicure to choose from. $40 4. It was a Gift certificate my husband gave me for Xmas, $435.00 I called to ask If I could switch out what he paid for to get a deep tissue message, young girl told me I could not switch out because some of the services were discounted. What! Money is money but ok. Then when getting my nails done, I asked the working girls about it and they told me of course I could have switched it out. They had never heard of that before. Someone needs some training. 5. When I got there, they brought me back, hurried me up, gave me a key to a locker, asked if I wanted a robe, probably since I'm going to be here for 4 hours, then left, didn't tell me where shoes were, mind you the robe would of fitted a 400 pound women and the wrap was as big, I had to hold up everything with my hands. No one ever checked on me or met me in the room they told me to go to. They offered me Mimosa once, never again, and when I asked for water from the message therapist, it was in a coffee cup with a lid throw away kind. For $435.00 You would expect some sort of pampering, and attentiveness. Maybe not a foam cup with lid. 6. While checking out, I told the young girl I wanted to tip the girls, she told me it was included in the certificate. Then she tells me I still have $145 on the certificate. That can't be, are you charging me $145 for a pedicure I did not use? She told me I used $290.00 for spa treatments. That would be full price, not discounted prices she read more

Had a 4:00P, Swedish Massage - 50 minutes over the weekend. I arrived 15 minutes early and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. I was offered refreshments and ushered to the cozy waiting area. My therapist, Daysia, was very controlled and skilled with her massage techniques. She made the massage seem longer than it really was. Full transparency: I really only got a good 40 min of massage. I entered the room at 4ish and was given time to undress which was another 5 minutes. When the massage ended I noticed it was exactly 4:50P. I feel like quality made up for time lost, however, I wish a 50 minute massage was truly 50 minutes. read more

Let me start by stating, "I love this place." I have been coming here for various luxury spa treatments since moving here in 2012. I took a few years off and came back yesterday for a pedicure. I was very excited. I was finally getting a much needed Luxury Pedicure. Brought my own chemical free polish and arrived 10 minutes early. I was warmly greeted by a young blonde woman who greeted me by name. Nice. The lobby had been reconfigured and was still as lovely as ever. I was quickly ushered back into the serene and softly lit lounge where others were quietly waiting. I am not one for noisy nail salons that reek of chemicals and people are on their phones. This spa is tranquil. I relaxed in a velvet chaise and checked out the surroundings, turned off my phone and waited to be called back. My name was called and I stopped to pour myself a cup of cucumber water. That was one thing I missed was being offered a drink when I came in. It's hot out there, Florida summertime. I was seated in the massage chair and place my toes in the warm swirly water. The technician was nice but a little shy I guess, she proceeded to progress through the many layers of a 65 minute luxury pedicure that included brushing on some warm honey and placing my feet to relax in some booties. That was lovely. So while I technically received a good pedicure, it just didn't have the extra spa experience I have come to appreciate here. One of the small things that was unsettling is the led lamp used by the tech was not working properly and kept falling down too low and when I had to raise my foot I had to bend it to make room. She kept adjusting it but it kept falling. It should have been moved and replaced with another. Also led lights give off a frequency that is very detrimental to the eyes and unsettling to the mind. There is scientific proof behind that. Every time I opened my eyes to move my feet I had to get a glimpse of the light bar and it's just not relaxing. The nice lady next to me was asked if she wanted unscented or coconut lotion. I was not offered that. It is something I am used to being asked here, I remember there being multiple scents for various products. I was also not asked if I wanted anymore to drink, as I had finished my water. So while I do give 4 stars for a technically good pedicure. It just did not have that 5th star element I am used to here. On a final note, afterwards I was walking around the lobby looking at the products, I love those faceplant pjs, they are dreamy to sleep in, I was waiting for the blonde receptionist to finish up with a customer and out walked Dominique. She greeted me so kindly and asked if I needed anything. I said I was ready to ck out. She asked how it went , I was a little hesitant to find the right words to convey how I felt. I usually need a day to digest how my experiences go. I did not want to knock the nail technician but at the same time, it was not as I remembered or expected. She sensed my hesitation and expertly got me to speak my mind a bit. I appreciated her genuine concern for how I felt. I mentioned the light issue. Then we started chatting about other things. I appreciated her sincerity and exceeding my expectations on handling the matter. I still do love this spa. My pedicure looks pretty. It's been many years since these tootsies have seen color. Beyond upset! A week ago, I scheduled a couples spa package (Love Birds) online for an opening this Friday. Today, I get a phone call to confirm our appointments to learn their online scheduler improperly booked the spa day and they now cannot accommodate the package for my husband and I unless we changed our day! At one point it was insinuated that I "must have changed the time of the services when booking", however that is not something you can even manipulate when booking a spa package on their website. (Perhaps you should remove the ability to online book if your scheduler doesn't function properly). I am 2 month's postpartum with maternity leave ending this Sunday. I was BEYOND looking forward to a few hours out of the house, baby free and pampered. To say I am crushed is an understatement. To you it may mean nothing to cancel another appointment, but for me, it was supposed to be an afternoon of relaxation that I SO NEEDED to have. They've lost me as a client. read more

Beautiful spa! I'd definitely go back! My massage was done at a time when I was having a lot of pain in my neck, shoulders and upper back. I made an appointment for anyone available, per the website, for a deep tissue massage of the neck and upper back. I was excited to relieve some tension and pain in those areas. My massage was just okay. My masseuse was small in stature, but I still expected to get a deep and powerful massage. It wasn't deep and it wasn't powerful. It was just a regular massage. And I expected to just get massaged in my neck and upper back, as the description of the massage stated. Nope, I got a small massage on the sides of my face, my entire back and my arms. My knots were in my upper back and neck and my scheduled time was only 35 minutes for $60 or $65 dollars. This was my first time getting a massage tailored to those two specific places, so I wasn't sure what techniques she was using. I left with a little less pain, but I didn't feel like I got the massage that I paid for. Overall, I'd go back but I would go over my massage expectations beforehand with my masseuse. read more

They took me back and treated me with the up most respect and kindness. Sarah did my facial and OH MY GOD, I have never had a facial before and I was almost completely knocked out. I went yesterday with my best friend and we both had the Signature Tranquility Journey - Swedish. The service was great from the minute we walked in. We checked in and then was brought to the lounge area where we were offered champagne and mimosas. The massage and atmosphere was amazing. The mud on our backs was cool and relaxing. I had the pleasure of having Katie which i highly recommended. She took the time to ask me what areas she should focus on and made sure the pressure was ok. I was greeted at the door, my temperature was taken the staff were wearing masks. I got to wait in the lounge for my tech, it was nice and dark, it smelled amazing in the spa, the music was relaxing as well. My tech was Hailey, she was very knowledgeable, I explained my physical limitations and she was very accommodating, gentle when working in my cuticles. I was a loyal patron of the Lakeland location. I loved that it was in a great little area, was a nice size, and had a good number of fairly decent staff. Moving to Tampa I figured I would try out the Brandon location. The quality is still there, but you lose a lot of the experience at the Brandon location. Cramped parking in a strip mall off a busy road wasn't nearly as relaxing as the town center in Lakeland. Manicure and Pedicure clients were tripping over each other in the small corner of the shop they put all the nail services. I'll likely go back until I can find a day spa with a little more room (I know that sounds dumb, but I hate having to apologize to each person trying to scoot around the manicure table to get back and forth to the bathroom and I'm a pretty small girl!). They have definitely outgrown this space and need to find something to better fit their needs. Oh - the other annoying difference between Brandon and Lakeland. I have to pay 50% upfront to secure an appointment online! Why?? Sometimes I like to schedule my appointments weeks/months in advance to set a schedule of manicures and pedicures. I 100% won't be doing that if I have to pay for 1/2 of all the manicures I plan to have between now and June, today. read more
