I purchased eyeglasses online from a business called finestglasses.com. My favorite color is pink and I recently purchased a pair after my eye exam at America's Best as my backup pair. They didn't have a pink pair I liked that's why I did an online search. I spent an entire Saturday on my computer no lie looking for a pink pair. Turns out what I thought was a gem of a deal cost me more money in the long run. After placing my online order on Nov. 4, 2019 with finestglasses. com the glasses finally arrived on Nov. 27, 2019. I couldn't contain my excitement as I opened the pkg. I looked to see what I was hoping was tape, lol turned out to be unwanted bifocals. Why didn't someone call for clarification. Right back to online search I went and found eyemart express. They offer same day service I was assisted by a young woman named Bree she and her colleague Allison were very nice and helpful. The replacement lenses cost me 6x more but to be satisfied and pleased with the quick turn around was as blessing in the sky. I wouldn't do this ago I know now start with Eyemart express. I arrived closer to noon and my glasses were ready by 5pm that day! Best selection in DFW, they have a ton of frames displayed and more in the drawers. After calling and confirming that they can have glasses ready same day if ordered before noon, I drove 40 minutes to get there and I was not disappointed! Reuben and Justin were very friendly and helpful. I selected a pair of competitively priced Gucci frames and was done with the whole process in under 30 minutes. I even got a free pair!! I didn't actually order my glasses from here. I needed frames, as I have wider-set eyes, my frames can be difficult to find. I thought since this is advertised as an outlet, that they'd have a wider selection. They don't...it's a standard selection, even a bit small in my opinion. The service was friendly enough. The girl did her absolute best to help me, they just didn't have a very catchy selection, even in smaller frames. It is attached to their corporate office, and the signage does not make it easy to discern which door to enter. So go to the north side of the building for the entrance. read more

I recently had cataract surgery, but still need to wear glasses for distance vision while driving, so my eye doctor gave me a new prescription after my eyes had healed. I took it the same day, in mid-to-late afternoon to Eyemart Express in Farmers Branch. I was greeted at the door by a young man named Justin, who pointed me in the direction of the type of frames I wanted. After I found some frames I liked, within just a few minutes, Justin took my order. During the entire process, he was both friendly and courteous. He said my new glasses would be ready the next day, and they were! Just after noon! So, I went back and Justin handed them over the counter, and they were perfect. Just the way I wanted them, very simple and basic. As I left, I told Justin I was going to give Eyemart Express a good review with top marks for good service, quick service, and affordable prices. (My new glasses cost just under $100.) There's a good selection of frames too. So, if you need glasses quick and easy and at a great price, judging by my experience, you can't do better than Eyemart Express in Farmers Branch! read more
