Now Mr. Hardy I asked you after looking at the screen and what Chad showed me what I was paying( and talking with CHAD WAS AWESOME review coming) "So, you offer a INSURANCE DISCOUNT/MEDICAID DISCOUNT for insurances that you don't take (THAT YOU ARE NOT EVEN USING ) but you charge $20 to use that discount " He says "Yes" in front of Chad by the way, let's not leave that out. "You can't get something for free" He says. Ummm,Hello?? What's wrong here?? YOU DIDN'T USE MY INSURANCE I called customer service and we chatted and while I was on hold they called Mr. Hardy. I should have gone a day or so before my appointment so I could select my frames before my exam. Would have been much faster.

As I've had no eye complication, I opted to try just the optometrist, and ask for a dilated retinal exam in addition to the assessment for age related macular edema (runs in the family) and glaucoma screening. when I called the front desk was able to fit me in the next day, take my insurance information, and tell me what my insurance covered. When I arrive, I quickly filled out relevant question, and was taken back where the assistant explained I could have the dilated exam if I wanted, but the retinal laser scan obviated the need for that in most patient. Dr. Parker gave me a detailed explanation and went through the retinal scan with me (I've had multiple scans over the years, but never one so quick and clear. As a recently retired endocrinologist, I was very impressed). Dr. Parker conducted a thorough eye and visual exam, adjusted my prescriptio, and I was on my home after 45 minute. All this, and I was able to drive home as I didn't require retinal dilatation. I highly recommend this MyEyeDr

They were not the frames we remembered, she didn't like the way they looked, and her prescription was incorrect. They made her dizzy and things were blurry. This was her first experience and she was so upset - left in tears. We never took the glasses out of the office! Yet, we were still charged the full price and they offered no reimbursement or credit toward a new pair!! Terrible customer service despite long term loyalty and lots of money spent!

I texted the office in advance to let them know I was on my way. When I stepped out of my truck in the parking lot, my clock read 3:09. I got my things, walked in, and stood in line to check in. When I reached the window, I was told that according to the front desk staff's clock, I walked through the door at 3:11, and the doctor was already with another patient. I'm curious if she tracks the time every patient walks through those doors. The text I sent was never communicated to the office manager. When I raised it, it was repeatedly dismissed. The office manager and staff member were inflexible, I honestly felt bullied, and she used her authority to force me to reschedule rather than find any reasonable solution. She even told me the owners would simply back her up, stating the staff did the right thing, when I shared that I felt like this was unfair and I should advocate for myself, asking for an email to share concerns. I was on the premises within the grace period, communicated in advance, and was treated as though none of that mattered. Very disappointed in how this was handled.
