My wife got in line and after she picked out her frames they went through the fitting and sizing. Told her it would take about an hour so we ran over to pick up her prescription on on our way back they texted and they were ready. After another fitting and size check all was good. They were about half priced compared to the glasses she bought last time elsewhere. I've got my last several pairs there and have been really happy. They do have a 50% off coupon but you need to buy 2 pair and use your insurance. We opted for neither but she still got 40% off. Check them out. read more

I see many negative reviews, but I would rate the Midwest City store a TEN!!! The associates (Haley and Jennifer) bent over backwards to get my glasses "Just-Right". They were very thorough explaining the value of their current sale-offer, saving me a large amount of money, and how simply I could take advantage of the 1-year warranty (if needed). My glasses required a non-standard bifocal during lens creation, and they never gave-up until they were PERFECT!!! I would definitely recommend this store and will be a repeat customer!!! read more

I came to this establishment 2 years ago to get new glasses because I was so tired of being over charged for average quality. These people were FIRST CLASS from the moment I stepped in the door. The place was EXTREMELY busy with all manner of people receiving some sort of assistance. All of the staff were professional, polite, skilled and caring. I wasn't satisfied with the selection so my staff person went to the back and brought other frames for me to consider. I ended up with 2 pair of glasses that were great. I got both pairs of bifocal glasses in one hour and 20 minutes total time in store. Who can be that?! Please give these people a try. I wasn't disappointed 2 years ago and I don't expect to be upon my return to them tomorrow for my new year's spectacles! read more

Honestly I'm not sure I would ever go back to an Eyemart express. I went because I had a gift certificate for a free pair of glasses. When I walked in it just felt like pure madness plus it was in the beginning stages of Covid. I was given a bin and told to just try glasses on. Some employees ignored me some just looked at me until I was given one employee to help me order glasses. The employee who helped me out was knowledgeable. Customer Service is purely lacking here. There is also too many people in the store given the fact that we were in the middle of a pandemic. At times we chose to wait outside because I did have my children with me and I was not going to bring them inside the store. The pick up process is really a mess they should honestly have one person work in the pick up but when people were picking up nobody was able to help them because everybody was with a customer. In all I think I'll stick with ordering my glasses from my eye doctor or even going online. read more

Went in and they were very clean and aware of the current situation with covid and while still upholding the rules they were very helpful and informative. I have gotten my glasses here for many years and have always had great experiences with them! I have a rather tricky prescription and they are so good about working with me to get things right. I usually deal with Kim, the manager, but every staff member is friendly & professional (Alan is awesome!). They have a large number of frames to choose from and will help you with your selection if you need assistance. Their prices are very competitive and there are usually good coupons/special running - plus they have discounts for military AND educators! They accept several vision insurance programs as well. Because of all of these positive things, they are usually rather busy, which is a good problem (for them) to have. They are open 9am-7pm Mon-Fri and 9am-5pm on Sat (closed Sun) so try not to visit them at lunch or right after work if you can help it! (and be sure to sign in upon arrival) Because of their popularity, and the fact that they spend quality time with each customer, they often cannot promise your glasses "in an hour" but they will text you when they are ready if you want to shop for a bit in the area or return to work/home and come back later. You will pay more anywhere else and if a place is not busy, there is probably a reason! read more

Be prepared to spend a lot of time waiting whether ordering or picking up. Really pay attention to your glasses, half the time they are perfect the other will have to be remade 3 times. I've been few times over that past few years and this is likely the last. They do have a large variety of frames and that staff is friendly but they don't really save you a lot of money and certainly will take up a ton of your time so unless can't wait for your optometrist to order, might want try someone else. read more

Too busy which may be the reason the employees are not very attentive and friendly. They're rushed which takes away from quality service. Over the past 3 years, I have bought about 5 pair of glasses here. After having cataract surgery in Oct 2015, I had a new lens put in, then, the other lens replaced after my second cataract surgery in Nov. I knew these new lenses would be temporary as it takes at least a month after surgery for your eyesight to stabilize. The end of Jan 2016 I got a new "final" prescription, went to this Eyemart on a Friday morning. They told me it would be 3 days(Monday) before my glasses would be done because their cutting machine was broken. I asked where another Eyemart was that could accommodate me, they referred me to the one on I-240 & S Santa Fe. I immediately went there and was told that it would be 3 days again because the Midwest City store was sending all of their orders to them! If they had told me that, I would have gone to a farther away store!!! Ridiculous!! read more
