Have gotten glasses several times over the last few years no problem; good service. Went to get eye exam this time however. Was given the clipboard to fill out my life story...ugh...and being exhausted from no sleep due rotator cuff surgury and just getting off work my filter was down, i was a bit grumpy and so i grumbled about having to fill out one of those yet again. Said nothing untoward, no bad language not loud. The clerk said all she needed was name an adress. I just finished saying "i can do that" when the good doctor came out and said "Office policy, if you dont like it, get out" Well I did just that. Plenty of other optometrists out there. read more

shady. doctor wont give pupilary distance unless you buy glasses from them. making prescription worthless.

Not everyone leaves a review for the eye doctor but it was on my list and I have been a little behind on my yelp reviews so thought I would spend some time catching up on giving shoutouts to people and places that deserve it. I had some eye issues and decided to stop in here because they except walk ins and so glad I did the staff is extremely friendly and they have a place right next door to pick out your frames and glasses when you are done with your eye exam. The young man who helped me pick out frames was extremely friendly, helpful and honest about the frames that I chose. Told me which ones he thought looked best on me since this was the first time I have ever needed a script for glasses. My whole family uses eyemart express for all our eye care needs. Be prepared if you are a walk in you may have to wait a bit because they do take appointments so you have to wait for the people who have appointment that our ahead of you. 1 doc can only do so much so be patient because the doc has always been great. read more

I've been wearing glasses for about 50 years now, and of all different places I've gotten exams and glasses from, Eyemart Express is the best. I first called this morning to see if the optometrist could fit me in today. I was given an appointment that worked well for me, and was assured that my insurance would cover the exam. The doctor was very efficient and informative and he explained each thing he was doing and and told me about how my eyes were. He wrote up my prescription and I headed over to the eyeglass section to choose my frames. The associate who helped me, Renee, was able to tell me what my insurance covered, and she actually did a great job helping me find frames that I loved. She told me she would send a text when my glasses were ready, so I was able to go do some shopping and come back to pick them up after I was done. I would recommend Eyemart Express to anyone who needs glasses or an eye exam. Everyone working there today was helpful and I didn't have to wait around, they took care of me right away.
