I ordered a pair of prescription glasses and a pair of sunglasses. The glasses are great, but I cannot see with the sunglasses. I paid over $200 for them, have been back twice and nothing is fixed, so I can't wear. Wasted money for sure. Because I need prescription sunglasses, I called a month after my visit, when I realized they weren't going to make things right, to get my prescription to order a pair on-line. They sent my prescription, but not the PD. When I called for my PD, I was told it would be $25 for the PD. LOL...LOL...LOL. Fast forward to today, I was going to give them another chance since I loved the doctor and just get my glasses elsewhere. Well...they cancelled my appointment and instead of calling me, sent me 2 texts, that I didn't receive. How about pick up the phone? I have asked to speak with the doctor or have the doctor call me back 4 times and nothing. This office does not care about patients. This office is going to break this doctor.

I just finished saying "i can do that" when the good doctor came out and said "Office policy, if you dont like it, get out" Well I did just that. Plenty of other optometrists out there.

One of the times I got lucky and it was only a little over 2 hours. I've been here when the waiting room is full and when it only has a few people waiting and I've learned it doesn't matter. You will still wait 3 hours. Imagine a doctors office that is run by BMV workers then add a few TSA workers and you might have an idea of how long you're going spend here.

That's fine with covid, we understand but the manner in which this was handled was totally unacceptable. He had to return to work with no repair done and the eyeglasses cutting his nose. A little history on his condition he had a lot of eye problems in infancy and required corrective surgery. Without eyeglasses he cannot see. We will be leaving eyecare for a more professional office that is willing to help not hinder when there is a problem.

I decided to take the prescription else where, ordered glasses and had to return them. Whet back to my old glasses until I can get things sorted out. Not really thinking about it I ordered contacts because I was running out. Yep the one eye is way off. In comparison to my last prescription it's a huge leap and I couldn't read anything with it in my eye. Thinking it could have been possibly a typo I called to see if it could be double checked, had to leave a message. Nearly a week went by I called again and got someone that didn't normally work in that office and she would take a message that the Dr was only in one day a week?? Whatever, I waited for that day to come and go and still no return call. Today is 3 weeks. DO NOT GO TO THIS Dr. The employees out front that actually work for Lens Crafters were awesome. The Dr. Is a separate business within Lens Crafters.
