Don't go there. They are expensive They add on all kinds of extra things that they do not explain. When you question the extra cost,they act like it is required. There Bill is hard to understand. An example isoo4200009. Cost was $31.92. No other info or explanation is given. Another example is 00407000018 Eyecare +1st Pr Speciatty(Valid 10/03/2025 to 10/03/2026. Coat is $31.92. What is this? And how about 00422000087 poly bifocal F128 Polar GRY (2 lens) $199.9 Total cost is $396.74. I got a second pair of sunglasses using the same prescription and got a different list of chargers. The ony difference should have been for the frame and taxes. Everything else should be the same. I am really disappointed. I have been got many glasses over the past 10 years and there have always been extra, maybe unnecessary charges. Don't brother asking for an explanation or a refund. I have gone here for years. They're great! Sometimes they can have a bit of a wait but they move as quick and efficient as possible while still taking care of everyone's needs. Since my kids break their frames pretty easily Eyemarts warranty is a huge factor in us not going anywhere else. read more

I sat on my glasses and they snapped in half. I went into eye mart express in Norman an hour before they closed. (On a Saturday and memorial weekend) I was hoping I could get new glasses before they closed but I knew my chances were slim! Kayle helped me get the process going and their lense tech (Tyson) got my new glasses ready well under 30 mins! I'm so thankful because I can't see at all without them. I was not lucky enough to deal with these people when I got my first pair of glasses but I bought my boyfriend's glasses here. There prices are reasonable and they have a great selection. Also I wasn't overlooked by the sales people. I got my glasses at a place in the mall and they acted like they were doing me a favor when they helped me. The people were very nice and helpful. They also make absolutely sure that there were no problems with the glasses before he left. You also get cases with any purchase. The place I went didn't even give me a case when I spent almost $300 on one pair. I bought him 2 pairs for under $275. (He has a thick prescription.) read more

Terrible customer service. Waited for over 15 minutes before someone assisted me. Picked out a pair of glasses and associate couldn't find second pair. I walked over to the glasses and found the second pair. Waited for 15 minutes to pay while several associates stared at the computer trying to figure out how to place an order for a customer who was not present. After 45 minutes here, I paid and they only printed half my receipt. They said that's all they could give me because of their printer. Don't go here! Terrible customer service! Previously I have never had any problems with this store. Always friendly. But I came in here with my nephew which has sooner care- Wow they have waited on customers they have come in after us. We have been sitting here for 50 minutes waiting!!!! So the morale of the story is if you are paying with anything other than Medicaid you should have No problems. I used to go to the Eyemart in Oklahoma City. I always had problems there they didn't really want to fix them without arguing. So I decided to try the Eyemart in Norman. And I get the best service here. They go out of their way to take care of you they always smile. They're always on time when they say or there early at getting things done. I have been coming here for about a year now. Jeremy is the one who took care of me last time with my glasses. He was so nice and fixed my glasses no questions asked. I will continue going here they have a great staff everyone is really nice. They also have a lot of different styles and glasses to choose from they get to everybody quickly and efficiently. read more

The ppl here are very rude. The old lady that is in the front of the store is on some sorta power trip but she can't get fired cuz she is friends with the doctor. They did have a few cute frames but it isn't worth having to put up with the employees. I got much cuter and cheaper frames in the mall glasses store and they were ready the next day. I came in to have a missing nose pad replaced. Not only did they replace both pads and adjust them perfectly for me, but when I asked how much, they said 'No charge! Just come in to see when you need glasses'. I definitely will! My wife had me go here because she's had nothing but good experiences with them. read more

Called last week to set up appt for 11 yr old son. Had gotten an ad from a friend with eye exam for $40 and deal for glasses or lens. Was told they do not do eye exams there but they have eye Dr right next door at focus that can perform the exam and then bring prescription over to eyemart for deal on glasses. Had appt yesterday 08/10/2020. Charged almost $90 not $40. Took script to eyemart next door for deal on glasses. (no insurance until next month.) Not one word about deals/discounts/specials for using the more costly Dr. eyemart sent me too. My son chose frames for about $70. Next thing I know the sales guy is quoting me $260+ knowing I do not have insurance right now. I told him forget all the extras right now, I can take care of that next month. We only want the lens/frames today. The guy still went ahead and added some "better" poly something lenses anyway and charges me $180. I asked him for the original prescription back he had taken to make a copy of. He told me he'd left it on the copier. He never got up and went to get it. So I never got the script back. Then after all the shady little tricks, he tells me, "oh by the way, one of our machines went down so we wont be able to get them done today. I asked how long it would be. Sales guy asks the lady at the counter and she says, "it wont be today. " Ok, got that much, can you tell me when they will be ready. She tells the sales guy, "just put 14 business days." WTH???? School starts next week. If you would have said that in the beginning I would have taken my money and my son elsewhere and gotten the glasses today for the money that was wasted. When we got home, I had decided to call and cancel this order. I was not at happy with the little tricks. Told him to cancel the order before any lens' were touched and credit the money back to my account. The sales guy said he needed to get his manager to do that and he would call me back. Guess what? No call back. And big surprise no money credited back to my card. In this day and age isnt there more than enough scams and taking advantage of people going on in the world you would think businesses would want to protect their reputation and try to make repeat customers. I will be going up there in person this morning after I get off another 12 hours shift and they WILL be returning my money. If there had been any chance of me wanting to continue to do business with EYEMART EXPRESS it went completely out the window with the manager no call garbage. Absolutely terrible customer service. I've never seen a staff anywhere treat customers so poorly. If they weren't ignoring you, they were talking to you like you were the dirt beneath their shoes. The worst staff member there by far is who I believe to be their office manager. An older woman with short hair and glasses. Beware of her. She is probably the rudest person I've ever met. The eye doctor located next door is not much more pleasant. I saw him merely for a prescription update. He continually pressured me to buy glasses or order contacts through Eyemart after I had made quite clear I only wanted to know my prescription. When it became clear to him that he wasn't going to be making any big sales that day, his demeanor completely changed and I couldn't get out of there fast enough. His entire office staff has a weird vibe/attitude and I never felt welcome or comfortable. But once again, the WORST person there is the severely rude and UNPROFESSIONAL older woman working at Eyemart. Her employment needs to be terminated immediately. read more

We bought two pairs of glasses for my teen so who has been wearing glasses for quite a while. We usually use someone else. They had fast service and we were about to go out of town when we bought them back in June. We purchased the insurance/protection plan also. The piece that goes over the ear is sliding and about to fall off so I took them in to see if they could be fixed. I was told all glasses do that. When I stated that they were broken and needed to be fixed, "I can put sharing wrap on them,but it's not really going to work" was the response I got. When I asked about why I paid extra "they are just going to do that again, so then what?". She refused to do anything positive or helpful. The frames are well within the standard warranty they have on all their frames, AND we paid extra. Will never do business with them again. Trying to find a corporate number to make a formal complaint. Don't advertise a 1year warranty and refuse to honor it! read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! At least the one in Norman, Ok!! VERY RUDE people!! You walk in the door and nobody says anything to you!! (unless the new blonde girl is there, shes nice) I went to this store to replace my glasses and found some after looking and digging in the drawers myself! Got the glasses and they were the wrong prescription. (not their fault, was the doc, at least I think)! I took them back with another prescription and same thing happened... I went back to the docs and they replaced again (with a smudge inbetween the glass). Did it again and this time the glass wasnt cut right, neither side matched the lenses! I went back (within my 30 days) and said "forget it, I give up, I would like my money back). This is when they really got rude with me (the old lady did), "OH no, we don't offer money back"!!! I told her thats what it says on the website, 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE"! I went here in the midst of recent rounds of bad storms and power outages. They were also coping with some system issues around the same time. In spite of all those issues, everyone I've spoken to here has been AWESOME. Nice, communicative, understanding, and no one seemed to be letting those stressors get the better of them.
