I came for Prism glasses. The Dr. said fixing one of two planes would be fine. I paid hundreds for the glasses and lenses. I tried to schedule a follow up but they said they'd call me. Instead they called to demand more money after insurance. Turns out the standard practice is to correct both the horizontal and vertical fields. The specialist I spoke with said it was likely a scam to charge for extra lenses and both should have been corrected at the same time. Now the Doctor is holding my prescription hostage extorting a new patient visit rather than sending the fields already diagnosed in the evaluation. (They offered to send "half the prescription or pay for a visit") They stopped accepting my insurance. Obviously he cares more for cash than critical patient care, even after a ridiculous profit. Similar glasses on the market cost 1/4 of what they charged. Now I have a useless pair of very expensive glasses. He took advantage then refused to make it right. I am shocked they refused to even give me my prescription, but that's proof in itself of the fraudulent scam. read more

We used to love this place, but for the past couple years (maybe COVID hurt their method of handling business??) has been rough. We have had incorrectly insurance billing, extreme delays with orders, incorrect bills sent to use, changes in billing methods which caused us having to make multiple phone calls, and other minor annoyances. I am sad that it has seen such a negative turn over the past 2 years and would not recommend people to go here until they get things sorted out. read more

I am shocked. I just got off the phone with the receptionist. I had asked if they do walk-ins, and they don't, which is fine. It seemed like she was going to end the call there, but I asked for the next available appointments. She told me, but I asked her to repeat the last open time. She repeated them slowly and condescendingly. I told her I would have to check and call back, and she immediately hung up the phone without saying anything. I hope that not everyone there treats their customers that way. I don't even want to make an appointment. read more

Miller vision care means superior eyecare. Dr.Miller is exceptional at what he does. Here is a Doctor that actually sees you at the appointment time. Really, a Doctor that keeps his appointment times. And he goes about his tasks quickly and efficiently while asking all the questions that need to be asked. He does sell glasses but never pressures you into buying at his shop, although he will ask. It is professional complete family eyecare at its best. read more

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a healthcare provider. I have been a patient at Miller Vision center for years. According to my insurance company they are in my network. I confirmed with my local agent and the corporate office Previously they were delighted with my insurance.One year a desk person questioned it and was immediately corrected by the doctor. Because of the rude way I was treated and the previous experience I suspected (Ms.Gross) of incompetence or perhaps homophobia. At a minimum I deserved politeness a comprehensible explanation and for them for them to call the insurance company to confirm the situation. Instead I was met with abrupt rudeness. read more

I am very pleased with my experiences with this optometrist! The doctor is very kind and thorough. The people working the front desk are always extremely helpful and they explain things very well. They are very easy to talk to over the phone, and they are very well informed about everything that I have ever had questions about. Prices are also very fair and comparable with other optometrist offices I have been to in the past. read more

My family have been going to this optometrist for several years and we have always had a positive experience. The Dr. is always so nice and explaining procedures with us. My last few phone interactions have been nothing short of negative and met with extreme rudeness and hatefulness solely by the receptionist Brandy. She is horrible to deal with and un-professional is putting it mildly. I had a scheduled yearly exam scheduled for a Friday afternoon, I was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection along with a double ear infection & was placed on antibiotics. I called on a Wednesday morning 1st thing in order to cancel or re-schedule my eye exam and was immediately reprimanded & treated as if I was committing a crime. Brandy told I would have a $70 cancelation fee. $35 for myself & $35 for my minor under the age of 10 child whom is un-able to physically drive herself to her eye exam. Fast forward to me seeking a new eye car Dr. here in Norman, and was informed that there was a authorization hold on my vision insurance. That eye care office explained that that is not normal or standard practice and I would have to contact Miller Vision in order to get them to release the hold on my insurance. I again spoke with Brandy, who again was very rude and dose not know common professionalism or politeness. It is extremely sad to have to be forced out of a Dr.'s office where you feel comfortable and forced to seek a brand new Dr. Lastly all the cancelation fees that are charged to the patients, should probably be used toward placing a job ad seeking a new desk personal to greet and interact with their patient's. read more

My wife and I both went here for the first time and had a great experience. We went on separate days and each of us had a great experience with the staff and the Doctor.
