I would give them no star if possible. Went in Monday, was told because the manager was on vacation they were locked out of my insurance website. They told me they would have my glasses ready the next day. Don't get a call until two days later, then I chose the options my insurance allowed over the phone and said I would stop in the next day to get them. Everytime I go in for just a pick up doesn't matter what time of day it is... I'm always waiting for at least half an hour.. sometimes I leave because I'm on my lunch break and I wasted my whole lunch break there trying to pick up my glasses... not a single employee greeted me.. there was like 8 people in the lab and not a single person behind the counter there was an awkward line forming in the lobby.. The eye doctor next door is awesome. He was spot on now I have better than 20/20 vision. Eyemart itself did a great job of getting both pairs of my glasses in less than an hour. They were pretty busy that day but that gave me time to choose my frames. The price is unbeatable. read more

Incredibly helpful and efficient. We have purchased glasses from this Eyemart Express location on multiple occasions and have always been very, very happy. We have had to use the warranty service several times, and it has always been a very smooth and easy process. Most recently we had an issue with a family member losing their glasses while they were in a remote location outside of the contiguous United States. We needed to send them replacement glasses asap, while also keeping the budget in check (we didn't want to spend as much on the lens upgrades etc, as we normally do). Andrea was incredibly helpful in making sure we stayed on budget and that we were able to get the glasses in time to make it to the post office the same day. We will always use Eyemart Express - and we highly recommend them. They do stay very busy, but it is always worth any possible wait. They are terrific. read more

THE BEST PLACE TO GO IN SIOUX FALLS!!!! I was searching for my very first pair of glasses and was terrified when I saw all the selections but actually that was a blessing!! The manager personally walked me around the store to help me find the perfect shape, material, and PRICE!! I had fallen in love with a specific style and had asked for some help from the manager to decide between very similar(almost identical) options- and didn't "think the most expensive ones looked better". So happy with my experience there and the real feeling that I was a top priority. read more

Ordered two pairs of progressive glasses on July 26, 2021 with an Amanda. She promised my two pairs would be ready for pick up on July 28, 2021. I was notified they were complete on July 27th. I spoke with a Dustin who said they have 5 employees on staff there and I would be able to pick up my glasses when I got off work at 4PM on July 27th. I got there at 4:15PM. The store was in complete chaos. Three workers vs a store full of annoyed customers, including myself. Not one worker greeted any of us in a long, awkward line. I waited over 20 minutes until I was actually greeted by "Who's next?" when it clearly was my turn to be waited on. They only had one of my two glasses ready. And they could not find my 2nd pair that Amanda ordered. Turned out, she spelled my last name wrong and had not been made yet. Dustin said to return in 20 minutes and the manager would RUSH them in the lab. I returned an hour later and they were not done. It was hugely disappointing. I did receive 2 nice pair of glasses but the staff was less than stellar and I most likely will not ever return. read more

Great service! My husband and I both had exams and ordered glasses today. We had Sara help us and she was awesome! She was patient and so helpful in picking out the frames and fitting us. From the time of our exam until they text us that the glasses were ready for pick up was only a couple hours. read more

The frames they sell are nothing but cheap junk. The staff is rude and the management makes the staff look good. When I wanted to return the glasses I had purchased, as outlined in their own return policy, the manager was extremely rude and told me I would never be welcome in their store again if I returned the glasses. No reviews? I was there Tuesday 2/16/16, got eye exam and glasses in about 2 hrs. The only thing I didn't like was they gave me progressive lenses that I didn't want. All I wanted was regular everyday lenses for driving and watching tv, maybe I missed that part of the conversation. Still trying to get used to them, not working for me yet. But in all they had good selection and good service. They seem pretty busy that's why I'm surprised no one has reviewed them yet. Maybe no one Yelps! I just made a return visit 3/22/16 to get lenses changed from progressive to regular, no hassles done in about 30 min. Perfect, next time I need glasses or a second pair Eyemart will be my 1st stop. read more

The employees were very rude. The associate didn't inform me of the cost of certain parts of my lenses, and worded things strange so that I would pay double what I intended. When I went back in to cancel my order, the same lady yelled across the store about what I wanted to do, allowing everything present to know about me cancelling my order. Let's just say I'm not happy, and would not recommend this establishment to anyone. read more

One employee cares while the small older woman only wants to deal with people who she believes meet a certain status level. Otherwise she ignores them. I left the store feeling bullied. The other employees hands were tied trying to take care of multi customers giving them their full attention and keeping others from getting pissed off. Will not be back. read more
