This place is so awful that scheduling an appointment for the morning will have you leaving at night, so it is obvious that appointments don't even matter as much. The fact that you must spend long hours in the waiting area for whatever reason they have going on in the back is absurd. I had to wait so long that I was beginning to think about eating at the nearby restaurant basically in the same parking lot. Additionally, I should mention that the man who saw me appeared to be on lunch break himself because as he observed my eyes his hands smelt like straight onions. Overall this place is horrible and I recommend other eye groups that have their system together.

Knowing that my eyes would be dilated, I requested to be scheduled in Macon. On the day of my follow up appointment I arrived in a storm to be told my appointment was in Warner Robins. Apparently there is a single person who schedules. After leaving two voicemail messages for her and being placed on hold for long periods of time and randomly transferred I drove to the Macon office. I explained once again that I need the appointment to be in Macon and why. She did give me an appointment but my 3 week follow up has now turned into five weeks. This should not be this difficult. I want to stress that my Doctor and all the techs are pleasant and so is most of the front office staff. A little customer service and attention to detail goes a long way! If there are typos pin my review that's because I CAN'T see clearly and won't be able to see the doctor for another week!

It is now May 5th. My husband cannot collect his insurance without this form. Every time I call I am told that it will be done that day, and it's not. They tell me someone will call me back, and they don't. I understand that offices get busy but it has been well over a month now.

Dr kept trying to update me on stuff when I just went in for a routine eye exam.... The worst thing is I have been fighting charges for a year and a half because they kept sending it in coded wrong multiple times.... They even sent the bill to a collection agency, when I called to question them about it they denied sending to them.... Finally after many hours on phone calls with them and insurance company, BCBS finally got it taken care of for me.... I will go blind before I use this place again !!!!

Not only that but had to wait almost a month for this appointment Downtown opticians referred me to this place because I'm on Medicaid and this was the only place that accepted my insurance. Upon arrival the black lady that was working the front desk told me that they didn't except my Medicaid and that my insurance only covered me to see a gynecologist. If that's the case then why did it pay for my eye doctor appointment? Her and her little friend that worked the front desk with her were both very snobby not only that but I get to my car and my driver's license was missing I had to walk all the way back in there to get my license that she claimed got stuck to her clipboard. And her and the other girl laughed about it. Don't go here find someone else ! Unless you want bad service and snobby receptionist.
