They gave me an estimate on the spot, pointed out some other issues and told me my options. The trailer was fixed in a couple days. When I went to pick up the trailer, they did a last check and discovered an intermittent problem with trailer light coupler. They changed it on the spot and wouldn't let me even pay for the coupler which was something totally out of their control. I rarely review on Yelp but I was so impressed with the experience, I felt I had to do this one. If you have a trailer issue this is the place to go.

Somewhere along the way, we discovered our dash air was no longer cooling. I found a mobile mechanic who met us at our park in College Park to take a look. It quickly became clear the problem was far more than a simple refrigerant leak, and he recommended ATEL Bus and Truck. I submitted their online form, and later that same day I received a call to schedule an appointment for Monday. I dropped the rig off and returned late that afternoon. A catastrophic compressor failure meant the entire system essentially had to be replaced. We were scheduled to leave Thursday morning, but Brian, the owner, gave us options. He located everything needed and arranged for air shipment with Wednesday delivery. By late Wednesday afternoon, we had a fully working system. The mechanic came out and explained in detail what they had found, along with his thoughts on what caused the failure. The entire team was professional, and Brian made sure we could take the RV back to the park each night so we could sleep in it. Brian is a pleasure to work with and truly went above and beyond what I expected. I can't recommend ATEL Bus and Truck Service highly enough.

I called Brian and we chatted for nearly an hour about my issues with our MH. Brian invited me to his shop in Beltsville. Our visit was quite educational. First his shop was quite expansive Two paint booths, frame rack and losts of service bays. Again we discussed my repair issues and he assured me he could handled all the repairs. He also recommended some maintenance service that should be done on a MH with 112,000 miles Leaving our MH there was a no brainer. They was lots to do so they had it awhile. Brian called me on a regular bases with t h updates. When the repairs and maintenance were completed the MH was washed and shining. I was quite pleased with everything Our motorhome has never ran better with better fuel mileage. ALL of them have failed at servicing my bikes. From forgetting to put oil in a bike, to not even putting the fork bolts back in, and the most common one....damaging wheels during mount and balance. After years of trial and error finding a place. This is the ONLY place I will ever take my ride to for service period. Dave knows his stuff, he treats everything like its his own. Rachel is really good at customer service and will genuinely guide you through the process over the phone. I just wished they could do recalls because I HATE the thought of taking my bike anywhere else. I know this is out of their control. Thanks guys for all you do.
