They worked on my 1989 StarCraft pop-up trailer, which had a completely failed winch and broken lift cables. Because of the age of the trailer, I expected to be told it couldn't be fixed or that it wasn't worth repairing. Instead, they went above and beyond -- tracking down a compatible part and even modifying it so the system would work properly. That level of effort, skill, and problem-solving is rare.
