(I had to reverse into a garage, and she gave me a "thumbs up".) A third employee performed the inspection. He was efficient. Despite failing three parts of the inspection, the members of this location were helpful. A fourth member attempted to fix a failed part of my vehicle. This team's overwhelming help led me to give them a perfect score. I would recommend this store because of its outstanding behavior and professionalism.

Later, the mechanic quoted me a higher amount, without an invoice, and couldn't remember what the additional charge was for. Additionally, during a recent service visit at an authorized dealership, I discovered that this mechanic had installed an aftermarket transmission pan on my vehicle without my knowledge, which was not installed properly, leading to transmission fluid seeping and voiding my extended warranty.
