We had an early morning flight and needed a pickup at 3am to be dropped off at the airport. I have had bad experiences in the past with the Super shuttles bunch. This was 1000 times better. Received confirmation prior to our trip and our driver Shamirlla contacted us the night before to confirm our address and pickup time. Shamirlla was right on time at 3am. Highly recommended!! I needed to book a pick up at 4:30 AM to catch a flight at SMF and was a bit concerned about getting a reliable, worry free pickup. Based on the reviews I elected to go with Ez Airports, and I am so happy that I did. As soon as I booked I was contacted by Aman to verify the details, then the day before the scheduled pick up got another confirmation text. This is not necessary, always a great comfort to know you are worry free so early in the morning. Our driver was right on time and extremely professional. We had the pleasure of using EZ Airports for a last minute, 4am ride to SMF. The reservation process was straightforward and I not only received immediate email confirmation, but also a phone call to confirm the date and time of our pickup. This was all within 15 minutes! I was even able to tip up front when I made the reservation, which eliminated the need to carry or dig for cash to give at drop off. Our driver arrived early and was friendly and pleasant to talk to. This Company has surpassed my expectations of service . I initially booked a trip to SFO for an international flight . The night I was suppose to be picked up I fell ill.i couldn't travel. They arrived on time to pick me up. I apologized for the inconvenience of informing them so late. The driver understood my dilemma. He didn't ask for payment . I insisted he take his fee for the trip .Later I needed transportation to UC Emergency. I called EzAirporter and they transported me for no additional fee. They were so kind and I was in pain . finally able to travel. I called for a ride to SFO .they were as prompt as before.dropping off at the terminal on time . On my return trip my flight was canceled. They noted my new arrival time and were there when I landed . This is a very a trusted annd organized company. Best of the best! This review is long overdue. I booked a trip to SMF in June. The price was extremely reasonable and straightforward. I was also able to tip ahead of time. I received confirmation and communication from Aman within a few hours. The day before the trip, I learned road work was affecting traffic toward the airport so I asked Aman if he could modify pick up time 30 minutes earlier and he immediately agreed. I unexpectedly needed a ride from Tahoe City (north Lake Tahoe.) to Sacramento Airport for a flight. That's a 2 hour trip. I was looking for a new shuttle service to get to the airport. I found Ez Airports on Yelp and thought I would give them a try. I was so pleased to get such a wonderful driver as Harpreet. She found a faster route to get us to the airport and avoid some of the morning rush hour traffic. She was right on time to pick us up and sent me a text just as we were landing that she was there. Me and my family needed a ride to and from SMF for a trip, he asked for flight numbers, arrived a little earlier than scheduled for each ride, made confirmation calls the night prior, and helped with loading and unloading.
