Took my dog to Ez Breezy pet grooming for the first time attached you'll see a picture. They did a terrible job on the dog. I have to question was the Groomer a certified groomer? As you can see on her chest, I have no idea what they did. There's a big section cut real short and then they didn't even try to even out the rest of the hair to make it look better. They just covered it with a scarf. when I got home and started looking at the dog, I saw the place on her chest, so I called to inquire what happened and the Groomer just screamed at me telling me that I had a bad attitude and I must be on drugs and that he didn't know what happened to the dog after I left there. As a courtesy I even tipped him before I left there and he still acted like a jerk talking to me. He wouldn't even let me speak. He just kept talking. I finally had to just hang up on him. My Aussie, Roo, was WELLL past her grooming. This was our 1st visit to Easy Breezy. They called to tell me that she needed more attention and that her coat needed to be slightly shorter because of the matting in her undercoat. They also advised the cost would be a little more. We just moved to the Bradenton Sarasota area and based on the reviews on yelp and Google decided to give Omar and EZ Breezy a try. Well I've had dogs my whole life and mostly they've been Australian shepherds who we like to shave in the hottest months. Cuts down on the shedding and the dog seems a lot happier. EZ Breezy gave my dog the best cut she's ever had. We asked him to leave just a little bit of hair and not shave it to the skin and to cut her head proportionate with her body and she came out absolutely gorgeous. After EZ Breezy came under the current management, I tried them again. The first grooming was very good. Omar and his groomer listened carefully and my vanese was well-done. I had given a photo, and some specific instructions...do not cut so short that her skin shows, do not shave her behind (it makes her look like a monkey because it is dark (on a white dog), and do not cut her tail. Next trip emphasized about her behind,, took another photo, and mentioned the notes on record. The female groomer was gone. When I picked her up, her behind had been shaved and her tail trimmed! It takes months for her behind to grow since there isn't a lot of hair there anyway. They are probably okay for an uncomplicated but, but really don't do well "styling." I will not return. They need a professional groomer. read more

I had called prior but during the holiday months, it was too busy and I was going out of town. Just from that first call, I knew I wanted to come back and visit them. They seemed so nice. So Fast forward, last week made an appointment for a bath for my pomsky. Shes a crazy hyper active puppy who hasnt had a bath by anyone besides her pawrents lol. This grooming place was wonderful until it was recently bought by new owners - been taking my dogs to Cindy for years! New guys - apparently didn't know when they schedule appointments nor how to act professionally. Left me standing dripping wet from downpour while demanding to know what services I wanted. I told them I had already scheduled nail & anal gland work but might consider other services "everything depends on price" - Instead of looking up when they had scheduled me or my 2 dogs (Saturday 12:30 pm) - the guy told me he was offended - I asked him what about - I was asking for pricing of specific services to make a decision - and he said they didn't want to do any work for me! NEVER AGAIN WOULD I GO HERE... this guy's style made me worry my dogs would just be fearful & get abused. I'm 70 and a disabled Vietnam vet... didn't say or do anything "offensive"... the guy is nutty - maybe insecure or doesn't like women. OR maybe just that I was frugal & wanted pricing info before making decisions to do more than the minimum??? Don't know but he triggered my PTSD anxiety and I left shaking and wet. read more

From the moment we stepped in the door for our first visit, I could tell this was the right place! There is a wonderful relaxed atmosphere and we spent a lot of time discussing how we wanted our mini goldendoodle groomed. Usually, I'm a little stressed dropping Sophie off, so I don't take the time to even think about exactly what we would like. But not only was the communication excellent, the grooming was even better! Sophie looks "ready for her closeup"! I was also impressed how quickly she was finished and ready for pick up. Went there once and everything was ok. Had a 12:00 appointment and my dog was done by 2. Face was a little crooked but nothing major. Went back a second time had a 1 o'clock appointment, never heard anything so I went back at 3:15. The man that runs the place told me my dog was not done yet, and it would be another couple hours at least. It had nothing to do with driving in traffic, I had plans at 5 o'clock, and had no idea that when I had an appointment at 1 o'clock that my dog would not even be started until 4. I told him I would just go ahead and take my dog because I did not have time to wait. He instantly got angry, and then told me that my dog had already had a bath. I would think the dog would get a bath after his haircut, but I said OK, I will pay for the bath then and bring him back at a different time to get a haircut. He then charged me $25 for a bath that my dog never even had. After I paid instead of handing me my dog, he set him up on the counter , and as soon as he let him go, my dog jumped off the counter trying to get to me. He is a small dog that weighs about 17 pounds and could've broke his legs. He is not a senior dog or an old dog, he is 6 years old, and is full of energy and life! I told him if he was going to charge me $25 for a bath that the dog never got. He lost a customer, at that point he told me he did not care for every person like me. He has 100 customers to replace me and that I needed to find a different groomer. I told him no problem, and at that point, I did have a few choice words for him and he continued to say adios, adios as I walked out the door. This could've all been handled if when I dropped my dog off at 12:45 he told me that he overbooked, and that he would not be done until after 5 o'clock. I would've just left then with my dog or he could've said we only bathed him so if you can bring him back on Monday when we are not so overbooked we can do the haircut and nails at that point. At no point in time did he tell me that it would take five hours to do my dogs hair or did he apologize in anyway for the fact that my dog had been there since 1245 and it was 315 and had nothing done except for a fake bath. I paid the $25 and will not return and I will take my dog somewhere that they treat them a little better read more
