As a paying customer, I can say that the salon has gone down hill. The owner Joe had no control over the behavior of his employees. He allows a toxic and brutal environment. How do I know this? You can hear the screaming and yelling from the front of the store. I then spoke with a former employee and learned the dirty truth. Not only do the humans suffer in this work environment. The dogs do too! Elena will smack dogs when they don't cooperate. I had a text conversation with Elena regarding this, she never once refuted this. Simply tried to deflect the conversation. Her abuse of dogs even went as far as breaking her clippers from smacking a dog with them. Keep your distance. Protect your dogs. They deserve so much better.
